Setting up my dog’s appointment was very easy. We arrived at our appointment time. No waiting! The vet techs were great with my dog how is usually afraid of everyone but he wasn’t stressed at all. He went into the van for his vaccines and was out in about a minute. The cost is SO reasonable!!! Affordable for everyone! I highly recommend Pet Resource Center of KC. I hope they come back to Lawrence again so I can promote them to more friends who are on a fixed income! Thank you all at PRC of KC for making this possible!

I appreciate your taking care of Tiggy on 10/16/24. We were a little early to our appointment and were assured it was not a problem for which we were very glad. We bought the Top Dog package and aren t looking back. I appreciate the year long heart worm preventative and the 8 month Saresto collar. My only hope is that someday there will a a 12 month injectable flea and tick preventative. Thanks again for being there for me and Tiggy. Clinton E. Smith, Jr.

The email I received with details on the appt AND the person who took my pet from me in the morning told me that I WOULD BE CALLED when he was ready. No one ever called me. I was finally on my way out of my office to get him before you closed at 5 when someone called at 4:35 pm, a bit snotty, about when was I planning to pick him up WHEN NO ONE HAD CALLED ME TO TELL ME HE WAS READY! I d been waiting to go as soon as I heard from someone. When I mentioned it when I picked him up, I was told that we were expected to just arrive if we didn t hear from anyone and not to have expected a phone call. ???

Our dog has car, new dog, and new people anxiety. He is 88 pounds and hard to maneuver when he is anxious. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to get medication prior to his appointment and we could not reach anyone. It would be really helpful to have had someone follow up with us to coordinate how we could have picked those up. Otherwise a really great experience, really helpful savings on vet care, and we appreciate everything you do!

When making the appointment and when waiting in line I mentioned to customerservice that one of my cats had an allergic reaction to vaccines last time she had them and requested to go inside with my cat, I was told it s not recommended since there are other animals and they would not be liable. After noticing my cats bleeding stool, I immediately called the center and they were closed, called back the next morning and stated they were full, with no sense of urgency. Needless to say, this was our 2nd and last visit. Fortunately, due to this pet scare, I have found a great veterinarian for my cats health needs.
