Paid for the “spa” treatment to be done while Sully was out but it wasn’t done. The Tech noticed it when she brought him out to me and tried to do it while he was in my car, needless to say that didn’t go very well.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The vaccination process was quick- nice change from waiting in a vets waiting room!

Appointment set and the wait was very ONE hour.

The staff was extremely kind! They really care about the animals that we place in their care. I also appreciate that there is a lower-cost vet clinic, especially since we are taking care of stray cats. There is no way I could afford a traditional vet for all the spay and neutering we have had to do over the years. Keep up the great work!

I am always happy with the level of care my dog receives and am thankful for the financial assistance you provide. This appointment was a bit difficult as the employees forgot about my husband and had him wait almost an hour after our dog was vaccinated to provide paperwork. Multiple people that came after him left well before him. Just something to keep on your radar as maybe a better way to keep track of patients. Thanks for all you do.

I was really nervous to have my Frenchie neutered. He was treated with such great care. He has been recovering so well. No throwing up nothing and I was expecting the worst. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was very stressed about the cost as u am a single mother of two kids and did not think I could ever afford this surgery. I will recommend my friends.

I appreciate the fair and inexpensive prices that you offer. My only suggestion would be regarding the scheduling time. The scheduling is HORRIBLE!!!. The fact that you get to the building on 59th Troost at your appointment time and have to wait OVER an hour is ridulious. No appointment time should be that long. It s very difficult trying to keep a dog calm for over 15 minutes but just sitting in a car is unacceptable.

I am trying to get his booster shot now and called and left a message. Not sure what to do from here. But i know he needs it.

The lady on the phone that completed the check in knew about me wanting to get my dogs ears checked. It was not done, the girl who brought my dog back to the car said for that I should take it to urgent care & acted as if you don t do those types of things there at Pet Resource as you all are in a hurry to get animals in & out of there
