This was my first time visiting the Pet Resource Center and the customer service, friendliness of the staff, and pace in which they visited each car that I saw, was excellent in providing efficient, but also caring service.

This is my first pet that wasn’t already spayed/neutered. I was really nervous and worried i wouldn’t know what to do post operation. The process helped so much; i knew exactly what to expect, felt completely at ease during drop off and pick up, and was given clear and kind information in person and through email. Thank you so much!

This place is a well oiled machine! Everything from check in to pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful. My pets are my fur babies and loved the way they cared for my cat!

Your staff was awesome. My dog is huge and intimidating and was very scared. Your staff was patient and understanding. I was really impressed. My heartfelt thanks to them. THANK YOU for what you do.

Yes went to your drive thew and waited 1 and 1/2 hrs. When we go to about 5 cars ahead a man cane and took our name and phone nr. HE said was to full to be helped tOoday. And that someone would call me to make a apt. Well waited I waited a week. No one every called. I finially went into a walk in. I was not happy. I had a trip planed U needed the shots for my doggie Zoe.

I cannot tell you how much my family appreciates the work that y’all do without y’all we may have had to get rid of our puppy, and I cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond

My only concern is no one answers phone to answer simple question, so you have to email and no one answers. I finally got an answer through the chat. Make your website more user friendly to be able to find out how much a rabies shot is. Thank you!

Please update the email description regarding dental/special surgery appointment as it says Please disregard the drop-off time in this email, and go by the drop off time that you were given when you scheduled (7:30a- 7:45a). ... No food after 10p the night before your appointment, water is okay. because it was not clear for a brief dental exam that I had to be there at my scheduled time instead of the listed 7:30-7:45am and DID NOT need to have my dog fast after 10pm. It was difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone to clarify what time I needed to be there because it goes to voicemail and I did not receive a callback. Staff was unorganized and not knowledgeable. The person checking in at the booth did not inform me that I should have come at 10:00am. They made me wait in the first lane until another person directed me to park under the tree and stated that someone would come get my dog. I waited until 10:30 and no one came so I went inside the building to ask a technician who instructed me that I needed to re-check-in at the white booth again and that the person should not have told me to park under the tree. I appreciate the services offered with this organization and I love what this organization does but please better coordinate the wait lines and provide clearer instructions in the emails.

I am so grateful for the understanding, compassionate care provided by these wonderful, professional people.

I’ll admit I was apprehensive about this place. It’s a bit farther in the city than I was comfortable with but the most reasonable as far as pricing for a spay. Totally worth it!!!! The website was easy to navigate. I was able to schedule my appointment, elect my desired package and make an electronic payment. Email communication was very detailed as far as how to prepare and what to expect post op. The website also provides this information. Drop off was easy, staff was very friendly and patient explaining details. My pet was ready for pick up before the time they expected. I was given discharge medication and instruction. We are two days post op and so far we are doing great! My dog was groggy day one and more herself day two. I was nervous about the tattoo but it doesn’t look bad. Her surgery site looked good day one post op and I’m sure it will heal nicely. Very thankful for the services received.

Pet Resource Center is Excellent! I cannot thank you all enough for neutering my pet Boston Terrier. The care and treatment was top notch. My dog acted like nothing ever happened which made me feel happy. The entire process was on point including the pre-surgery email which warned that there could be a wait time of up to an hour, which was accurate, but well worth the price and service provided. Each person my wife and I dealt with from the check in booth to the return of our pet was very professional and caring. I fully support this PRC and will 100% recommend them to everyone and anyone.

The first impression from the clinic was amazing. I could immediately tell the staff deeply cares about the pets and owners they help. Thank you so much to each and every person who works and volunteers their time to this organization. You guys are angels & I hope that everyone here is able to enjoy their Holidays. It is not easy seeing as many pets as you guys manage to, let alone the condition many of these pets come in. Thank you so so so much ??????
