They did a great job with our pets. You can sure tell that they love animals. We were highly impressed with how efficient everything was. We just planned our day around doing Pebbles surgery and Scooters shots and it went great. And saved us a lot of money. Thanks

PRCKC has been a lifesaver, literally, for my kitty! She broke her hip and needed a double surgery. The vet made sure I understood what happened and how to treat it. And the fees were significantly lower than a regular vet!! PRCKC staff are great!

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the services and care for each animal. It seems like they genuinely enjoy what they re doing, which shows through their work ethic. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

This was my 1st time using your service to have 2 of my dogs vaccinated and one of the two chipped. The people I came in contact with including checking in, phone calls and the handlers were all amazing. Very professional, yet very compassionate. They were quick and knowledgeable about all my questions. I was really surprised on how both dogs responded and were at ease. Thank you all for your dedication and love for our fur babies.

If you can t change it....I will go somewhere else.

This is a great resource to the community. Exceeded our expectation and our sweet little girl was well cared for during her surgery. The communication and directions from pre to post surgery were fantastic! Thank you!

I love this facility and what they provide for the community. However my most recent visit was a bit disappointing. First I was charged a$5.00 ‘handling’ fee for using my credit card. Seriously? Then one of my pups came out with a 3” splotch of blood on his back and the tech didn’t even mention it to me.

I’m very pleased with the service. My pup is doing great! I do want to say that the appointment process was a bit wonky, and the person receiving the calls was a bit short and hung up on me. Other than that my experience was great.

Our baby was taken very well care of. Received exactly what was asked for, but received a nail clipping that wasn t realized until we got home. Soooo greatful!!!!??

The wait time is a bit frustrating. My appointment was at 110 I didn t get called and checked in until 205. Then another 30 minutes for them to come out grab my dogs, vaccinate them and then me leaving. Clients that had came after me and were behind me were taken care of before the people in the front. Which made customers have to stay in line until the clients ahead of them were done so they could leave.

My only complaint is I was first told pick up was 230pm, and hen 2pm and then I get a text message say sing she was to be picked up no later than 1230pm… I didn’t even get the message until 1245pm and when I called in panic there was no one to talk to, then when I used the chat no one would answer back. So if you are going to use a chat someone needs to answer it or don’t have it as an option..

I waited 40 min to get checked in!While other people came after me and it seemed as if every car was getting taking care but mine!I had to get out and flag someone and ask what s going on!They replied the numbers got off!It made me question if I ever want to come back!!

I felt like the waiting process was a little crazy. I would dedicated a lane to specific visits. Example lanes 1 and 2 surgery lanes only. 3 and 4 vaccinations only. lane 5 vet appointments. overall a wonderful program. I just didn t expect to wait in my car for over and hour.

It feels good that we can take our fur babies to a place we can trust.

We really like the service PRC provides. It is affordable and convenient. My only other observation is that your record keeping sometimes lags the testing and shots done at the visits. I recently received reminders to bring in a pet who you saw prior to the email. This month. Otherwise ALL GOOD. Thank you for all the work you do and services you make affordable so more ppets get the care they should.

Perhaps you could return phone calls or reply to text messages in a more timely basis. Other than that everything is excellent there.
