It’s really hard to complete the survey as I haven’t finish the process that I’m going through with my Doodles. It’s been a rocky start. not just being unable to get with you when I first reached out, also with my health issues and connecting to a provider that can meet my financial and transportation needs. It appears that you can do both and for that I’m grateful. I’m sure I can give you a better survey once the surgery for my little guy’s foot is completed?? I have brought both my dogs for vaccinations here and now 1 for neutering. Good experience and very affordable.

I would like to say this was my first time trying this new business. I took my pup there around 11:00 her appointment was at 11:30. The lady asked me what time does she have to be ready? I said 430. I left and came back around 430. Coco had not been cut and was still in the kennel. Sad I will continue to take my pup where I’ve been going Petco. That was my experience…

Exceptional customer service. Our dog was spayed and every detail was taken care of. Very impressed.

When I arrived the service was great. Prior to the appointment there was one day your website said it was unsecure. I called and left several messages and no one ever called me back. I filled out online form for mobile vet and never got a response.

Overall, I am appreciative of the cost in receiving vaccinations however, it was supposed to include an exam. Since she was only back there about five minutes, I don’t think an exam happened. Thankfully, she is a puppy and I didn’t have any concerns, but I would’ve loved some feedback on my 1 year old dog’s health since it said an exam was included.

You should have in your prep instructions that you should expect to wait in your car for a time. I didn t not have that and did not slot that much time out of my work schedule to sit there for 45 min.

It s been a while since I ve used the Pet Resource Center. The changes and upgrades are fantastic! Thank you!

The only thing I would suggest is that when you text to let the owner know their pet is ready to pick up by 2:30 that you mention everyone takes lunch between noon and 1:00pm. Luckily, I came around 12:45pm so I didn t have to wait too long. I would not have been happy if I came at noon and had to wait over and hour. Just trying to help you avoid an upset customer!

I didn t catch the staff members name but she was a female, brunette hair and glasses smaller frame. She was so energetic and kind. She deserves a raise!! Keep her around.

I was asked if I had a muzzle for my dog since I wrote that he was getting neutered due to aggression. I had not explained this was dog aggression only so I understand the confusion but if my dog did need a muzzle then I think it would have been helpful to be notified of this before I arrived for the appointment. Also I was sent home with 3 medication bottles and one was empty. It was a little disappointing my dog didn’t get all his pain meds because I live 40 minutes away and I wasn’t able to go get them later. I am only mentioning these things just as a FYI but I am not upset or complaining. I am very grateful for the KC pet project and the quality, affordable care they provide for the KC area pets. I was actually just thinking how blessed this city is to have such a great rescue! Thank you so much for caring about all the pets and their owners in our area and all the hard work you put into serving our community ??
