Loved every part of this minus the wait in the parking lot- onnnly because my car has bad AC. I think the booth guy noticed and sent me to the shade asap, which helped a lot! Maybe some additional shade would be helpful tho? Like a sail shade every now and then if that s possible? I was unaware the wait would be outside so also making sure people who do have AC issues like mine can dress appropriate for the wait :)

Love you guys BUTI had an appt. set up with the mobile unit for the following week then the next day I got a email confirmation for a visit for the very next day at a permanent site. I didn t change it, I don t know which one of the staff members changed it but I should have been called to see if I wanted to change it. I feel bad if I took an appt. spot from someone who could have used it and it s a waste of time for you if no one is there with their pet. It was resolved with a phone call the next day (after the appt time). I wouldn t have mentioned it except the very same thing happened to me before. However, please note that everyone I talked to was great and the whole organization is a blessing for pets and pet parents alike.

I actually enjoy bringing my cat in for various services. The way you have everything set up is organized and runs like a well oiled machine, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Coming into the parking and line area was confusing for many. I think if you painted your arrow to go straight and then right around the parking lot on the East side and back around, it would alleviate the confusion. Many cars that were just pulling in just turned right and got in front of others that were waiting. Thanks for all you do for the world s pets. You are so essential and I appreciate your more than reasonable prices.

I was told to not feed for 24 hrs before neuter and then told the morning of that the information I was given was incorrect. Then I was asked to have a glucose test done. At pickup, no one mentioned a balance for my pet. The next day, I received a voicemail about a remaining balance.

Two things, one I have made multiple attempts to change my phone number within your systems with no satisfaction Also the young man that checked us in last Friday was very likeable but really needs to raise his knowledge base regarding the company he works for. I have used this facility since I ve returned home from the US Navy in 2009. All my pets come there for thier shots, spaying or neutering. Everyone is so nice and care for both the pet andowner. .

Everyone was just so unbelievable so helpful , my Pookie bear is doing great . My other vet I some times go to independent dog and cat hospital on Nolan Road Would have said put her down she is old dog !! All my family and friends said the same thing . So to us it was a miracle She s happy she s not in pain she s back to her normal self . Thank all of you such a blessing !!!

Hi there! I brought Pico in on Wednesday. I just wanted to say thank you for what you do and willingness to work with Pico. I adopted him and it’s taken me two years to get his level of anxiety where it’s at now (so so much better). The first time I tried to take him to the vet, they kept him for 5 minutes and said he was too anxious to see. They gave me an anxiety prescription and asked me to bring him back once he can be calm. It was kind of a defeating experience. I’m a brand new dog mom and I felt like I failed him! I’ve been nervous to try and bring him back to any vet. I was honestly expecting a call asking me to come get him for being “too anxious”. I was so incredibly relieved that your team was willing to work with him. The girl that brought him to me explained they had to keep him in a blanket to get him to cooperate, but she was so nice about it and helped me not feel so bad. So again, thank you for easing my fears about taking Pico to the vet and doing a great job! I’ll definitely recommend your services!

For larger dogs, I felt like her spay was rushed. The staff before and after was courteous but there was a lack of personal connection with the surgeon or doctors that performed the surgery. My dog was walked out on a leash stumbling around. We had to lift her up into the car. She could barely walk. She cried all the way home in pain. I was really surprised there wasn’t a better way to help get a dog that size into a vehicle after surgery. It felt really quick as if she needed a few more hours of supervision (literally hours after major surgery for a dog I receive a text to get her no later than 2:30) and at least a method to get her into the car after surgery other than the unqualified person who brought her out just lifting her up by her back feet and hearing her yelp in pain. It was heartbreaking. It was really concerning and I had reservations that I made the right decision. Fortunately she seems better but she still won’t eat very well three days later. I definitely think you need to give more time for larger dog spays and establish a method to get them into a vehicle in a more professional manner. I also had to hear all the instructions post op in the pouring rain outside form someone that didn’t really have first hand experience with my dog. She read it off a sheet and was confused so I had to call back to talk to someone to clarify (who was very helpful). Overall I feel like you guys present yourself very professional, it’s obvious that you care and train the people that talk to you on the phone to be professional and courteous but once I got there the experience was rushed liked an assembly line. I didn’t have a good feeling about it and would not spay another dog there again. But your facility does seem good for other small dog procedures or routine care. I had a cat spayed there and was a better experience. But it was not as rushed even for her and she was a kitten. So maybe you need to have better practices Ana’s evaluate as mentioned Howe to handle larger breeds.
