I had an appt for 9:40 when I arrived I was told that y were only doing spay and neuter at that time and to come back after 10:00 which I did. You need to make changes to the time app, I had other appts that day which caused me a bit of aggregation.

Since we are cat people we had to wait until all the dogs were brought in. Have you tried scheduling the dogs to be dropped off first and then take a short break and then start having the cats dropped off? Our cats are not fond of driving and maybe other owners have the same problem...less time in the car the better. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful attention all of our cats and kittens have been given and right now we have alot of them!

Our first time here and the staff were absolutely wonderful! One thing though. Since I didn t know how the process worked, I would have liked to have been given a heads up of how long I had to wait (over an hour both drop off and pickup) not a hugs deal but I could have planned accordingly. I will definitely be back with my dog and will donate in the future! Thank you much appreciated!!

I needed to spayed my dog I made an appointment with my vet really good place that I m going for several years but when I got the estimate how much it will cost spayed my dog I was starting to look for a reasonable affordable place (it was almost 600$) It was more money then I can imagine! Pet Resource Center I m so happy there is places like them!!! When i called for an appointment they ask me to fill out a health questionnaire and they tell you everything you need to know about the procedure... So much patient to my questions... Their prices are so reasonable!! They send you several reminders before your appointment and drop off day went smoothly. At pick up they brief you on aftercare and send you home with instructions and medications for your pet if needed. So far my dog is doing well. Pet Resource Center of Kansas City thank you so much and I m definitely starting to come to you for everything I need for my dog. Thank you!!

For first time patients it might be good to let them know how long the drop off wait is. I wasn’t sure what to expect and ended up waiting in the drop off line for an hour. Every thing was ok but it might be good to mention so people can be sure they have enough time to wait.

It might be good to mention to future clients that the loading/unloading line can take up to an hour to load/unload your pet because of all the care that you all give to the pets. Thank you for all the organization gives to our sweet pets!

We believe your organization is top-notch and everything above is a 5 star; however, our only complaint of the day was communication. We dropped off Annie, who was one of four dental cleanings of the day. Our lack of education had us thinking she would be done and recovering at least by noon even if she was the last one. She didn t go in until 2:00. No one contacted us during this long period of waiting. We finally called and got the doctor out of Annie s cleaning. It would be so helpful if someone could call or just keep us informed by text as to where she was in the process. We were two distraught and very worried parents by the time we knew what was happening. Also, thank you for your honestly. Annie did not require much that was on her dental sheet. We got a refund back and knew that she was treated well and with the most conservative care.

I didn t get to have my appointment so I am confused why I m receiving this. I was told to call back in 2 weeks then I would be scheduled another 4-6 weeks after that so I am not sure when I will be able to get in.
