The staff was really nice

Pick up was extremely long, I waited for over an hour, and when I asked a lady she said it happens, maybe workout a scheduled pickup time? Rather then just randomly getting them out. Everyone behind be got their pet before I did, and had to wait 30 mins to get put until I got my cat.

The website needs to be updated to let pet owners know that a kitten needs to be 8 weeks/2 lbs before spay/neuter services, instead of the 12 weeks/3 lbs, as stated on website. One of the vets told me the 8 weeks/2 lbs requirement.

I had excellent service my dogs are doing great and the people are awesome

I believe your facility has shown more concern for my animals than any other veterinarian office I have taken them to. I will definitely be back with my other animals. Thank you so much for doing what you do

An update to available appointment times is much needed as I was allowed to schedule an appointment time for when no one would be present at the Olathe location.

My dog is now in the pet ER fighting for his life. I am less than pleased right now. Everyone was very friendly there, I am faced with loosing my puppy and that upsets me.

The process was seamless and the staff was friendly.

The girl who drew my dogs blood and attempted to give her her shot didn t seem to be very experienced. Some one else had to do it. Was not happy my fur baby had to be a guinea pig

Everyone that I have take care of my dog is wonderful and they are great with every animal that I take there.

If ppl have several questions or wanting free products after their pet has been returned to their vehicle, it would be nice if they moved put of the drive through line so not to hold up others 15+ minutes

This was an amazing experience. The organization was top notch, and Abby continues to rest comfortably at home. Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment (super user friendly) and communication, to checking in and picking up. I was very nervous, but it looked like you’ve done the spay a time or two. I do wish I’d known there was a location in Olathe (I’m in Johnson County), but I probably missed it when setting up her appt.
