The service is absolutely wonderful and there s no doubt your staff is very compassionate about our fur babies. Also, the knowledge they shared with me is very important to the welfare of Leo having a long and healthy life! Y all are straight up AWESOME

Truly a fantastic experience

I brought my puppy for 12 week puppy boosters, but I think he was given adult doses of his shots. The report sheet I got said he isn t due again until May 2023. It also said he got a rabies shot and I don t think he is old enough yet. The staff member that brought him out to me said We accidentally gave him a bordetalla nasal vaccine that he wasn t supposed to get. If he starts having breathing problems, call us or an emergency vet. Certainly not something I wanted to hear. I need to know if he actually got adult doses or if he got puppy doses and needs to come back in 4 weeks. - Joleen Seeley

Everyone was friendly and caring about my pets. I do wish Gizmos weight was more accurate as a 16 month old male husky I know he is over 32 pounds.

Through this organization, I have 2 cats that I have had neutered. One is a “pet” and the other one was “feral” and is now my pet too. My community that I live in the 64114 KC area used to use your Spay and Neuter program often to keep the “feral” cat population down. My neighbors and I now have to feed the large “feral” community which was caused by the Spay and Neuter program being discontinued. I’m aware you have “feral” cat clinics about twice a year and that you except about 200 cats each time. My community needs help with the over population here in KC. Please offer more more Spay and Neuter clinics in the near future, as feeding and care for “Gerald “ is an expensive task for us all. Thank you.

A suggestion would be for the appointment times to be staggered as to help eliminate some of the vehicle congestion. But other than that you guys are AWESOME SAUCE lol

It would be great if the employee that tells the pet owners where to park would tell them that dogs are first then cat s, it makes sense but at least they would know why everyone else is moving except for the cat owner

Despite the disclaimer that some wait times exceed appointment time, I feel like waiting an extra 35 minutes before my pet was called for is excessive. Maybe you were short handed, maybe you overbooked, IDK, but I arrived at my appt time @ 15 minutes early, and still waited (in my opinion) too long. I answered the first question N/A because I am not even sure I will bring my pet back, let alone refer.

They took great care of my baby and fixed her

They were very professional and courteous. Took great care of my cat and had all the information when I asked questions.

I have learned so much about pet resource..that it is a wonderful place for all your pets , health wise and loving them as their own. I have had 3 dachshunds and two labs go there and all transitions have been wonderful! The cost efficiency for their health such as vaccinations and heart and flea treatment makes it a smoother way to make sure all animals are healthy and happy without any hardships. I found the people working here to be the best, they care for my baby Honey Bear. Answer all my questions I was never rush in asking my questions and getting my answers. I will always come here for Honey Bear needs.

Scheduling was very cumbersome. Online scheduling didn t work as expected (couldn t find an open slot) and I had to talk to multiple people before I was able to schedule. Also, I had an appointment and my cat went into the clinic about 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start. I really appreciate your services, just wanted to give you feedback so you can hopefully continue to improve your processes.

The fle and tick needs to be a pill. They are better and more effective then the drops. We slots lost a dog several years ago due to drops

You would not know the day after that he had surgery. So far his incision isn’t bothering him and he only had pain pills the first day after surgery. The Pet Connection did a great job! Thank you!!

I love the staff & the work u do it s dear 2 my heart use 2 wrk as a vet technician hurt my bck so haven t done it 4 years.

They were great!!! Even though we had to wait a little, it was crowded and they handled it great. Check in wasn t no problem it was fast. I liked it cause u didn t have to go in. They came and get your animal and bring them back out.You can pay on the phone inside your car, great, cause u don t have to stand in line. They still Covit cautious,They Vaccinated my animal last year. They friendly and respectful.And fast. I will be bringing her back next year.
