I found the website to be a little confusing and difficult to use matter fact I’m supposed to be making additional follow-up appointments for the dogs and I’m not sure exactly what day or area I signed up for. I’ll call you guys tomorrow in that one

I am Highly Irritated! I brought 3 dogs for th 1A pack at a discount of $50 and 1 puppy for the puppy booster. When the brought my dogs back I asked for my 1 month of flea and heart worm medication. I was given a BLANK DEER IN HEADLIGHT LOOK They did NOT do the tests. They only gave the vaccines. THEY MADE NO EFFORT to make it right. No offer to bring the dogs back into building to do the test just a bunch of uhhh uuuhhhh well we didn t do that sorry. Now I need to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT just for heartworm testing. With the cost of gas currently and the time waiting in the car for a HOUR. Now I need to do it ALL OVER AGAIN to ensure my dogs are healthy. The only thing the gentleman said to me was you should have made your appt online. Which I attempted but the system would not allow a appt to be made; so I had to call and something got screwed up somewhere. Usually I have FLAWLESS service Im so disappointed ROBIN BEAL 816-874-0353

I had my son drop my dog off bc I’m unable to walk due to a fall. I spoke to 2 ppl at different times. I told both that he already had rabies & a chip that I was also sending dog records to inform vet which shots are needed. So why were my dog records refused by ya intake ppl that they didn’t need to see. My dog already had a chip placed in him so why did he need another chip if he already had one? He is now double chipped which one do I refer to? I paid 165 dollars for double services he didn’t need all bc of making money for ya services? Also, I was informed ya facility is set up like cattle! How disappointed! I felt as tho my dog was only in their to stop unwanted population! If I knew sooner I would have gladly paid the vet the 350-500 vet charges to neuter! I’m sorry I will let ppl know how f they care anything about their pet fDO NOT take to ya facility!!

This is the first time I’ve gone to Leavenworth for Roos annual vaccinations and was very pleased with everyone. It was quick & easy and all the girls were fantastic.

They were super helpful and friendly. I was also very thankful for subsidy they were abñe.to give us to help me with the cost.

Great place and was very efficient in the am and pm of dropping off and picking up and texting information with paperwork

The girl on the phone was not welcoming at all, I called to make an appointment for my 2 barn kittens and she told me I should take them to a regular veterinarians office. Very unprofessional

I did have a 90 minute wait basically to have my cats weighed. I was hoping to have my pet s wound inspected but they declined to take a look when she hissed. Still, I think the staff are great and I value this organization.

You guys are so great! It s awesome that you can just come to a person s house and treat each pet at the same visit!! We didn t have to wait long for an appointment. They scanned both dogs for a microchip. If a pet didn t have one, they can put it in at that time! This service is revolutionary! Someone should have had this idea a long time ago!
