The pick up and drop off process is horrible. There is no organization. I waited 1.5 hours to pick up my pet. I was told to arrive at 3:00 and if I arrived at 4, I would be charged an additional $35, yet they had obviously not checked me in. In had to yell for someone to come to my car and when someone finally DID come to the car her attitude was condescending and unconcerned

The staff is first rate and very professional. We ve had multiple cats spayed at Pet Resources and each time everything is explained fully as to what to expect before and after the surgery. Pet Resources is also the most affordable compared to other places and offers different packages. We prefer the Golden Whiskers bundle.

Wonderful first time experience. They let me know the day ahead they were coming and then called when they were 30minutes away. They were nice and efficient .

I put N/A because I had no first hand knowledge. You did a great job on my dog. Your staff provided me with everything I needed. I just wish the drop off and pick up was not a cattle call.

I thought you had the most kind and professional staff! Thank you for making pet care reasonable! My only wish is you had hours outside of just normal business hours, Ive had to take off work twice now, an evening or weekend availability would be great.

This program is amazing. I am able to afford proper care for my cats. Prices are affordable in my budget.

Please encourage other drivers to pull up further as people are leaving. With current gas prices many of us have our cars off in the heat with our dogs. Also, I know it’s an extra step but offering water would make us feel more welcome, my dog is 13 years old and it would have been nice to get some as she was panting so hard.

I m very satisfied with everything you did for Coco my pitbull. Everyone was so friendly and service was great thank you. Cocoa is doing great she acts like she didn t have surgery.

As an senior citizen, being able to stay in the car makes the visit to the vet easier. I think it is a positive policy the pets are not as exposed in a group waiting room as in yhe past. Less stressful for your staff as well.

I called and made appointment with the golden whisker deal. When we arrived and they declined us. Told us to call again. I took off from work and didn’t get any service for my kitty, can you know how I feel?

I was very impressed when I brought my two puppies to be spayed and neutered. From start to finish the staff was very professional and met all my needs. I would recommend them to everyone

This is my third time taking a kitty to this facility. Very efficient and my pets seem to adjust just fine! The people I spoke with were very helpful and cordial. Thanks for all you all do!

I adore Pet Resource Center of KC. My pets have both been treated by the staff and I ve never had an issue with customer service or quality of care. However, I would like to suggest a better solution to the lane waiting system. Such as a texting system like the DMV uses. 15 min before your appt you get a text, you can text back to get more time or cancel with a call from staff. I realize the space is very small compared to the amount of care your staff offer, social distancing (as well as backed up appts from covid) are likely an issue but some other way would be nice :)

On the plaza function 9/17 it would have been beneficial to have treats or goodies to hand out for their contributions and more attraction
