Hello: I called in the morning to ask if I could pop in for quick treatment as my dog was uncomfortable and we were headed to Cap U for the dog therapy session all day. The team saw us in 1/2 hour from the time of our call and helped relieve our pups discomfort. Such a blessing for a long day. Wonderful service and friendly people. As always. Thanks so much.

Everything was amazing. The vets and vet techs were so kind and thorough. I felt that Winnie was well cared for and I am very happy with the experience. When I cam to puck up winnie and pay the bill, the receptionist did nit first offer to go over the break down of the cost she just asked me to pay. I asked her to see the breakdown first which she gave me but did not go over. My suggestion would be to go over a breakdown before billing. It is a lot of money to spend and we want to know where that money is going.

Lovely clinic, polite friendly staff and doctor, immaculately clean clinic - extremely important! Out of town visit and I will come back if I ever need to when on the North Shore.

Amazing staff! I had such a great experience. Dr. Jeff was so kind to my Scottish terrier as she gets very nervous in the vets office. He took the time to calm her down and was very thorough explaining my options.
