In 2017 the wellness exam for travel was $86.00 In 2018 the wellness exam for travel was $91.50 Now in 2019 the wellness exam is named “consult and international health certificate” and was $150.00 I find the increase extremely high for the same exam.

I had a very enjoyable experience for my first visit. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The only thing that I might recommend in the future is that the itemized invoice be gone through first with the customer (before payment). I didn t realize I was paying for 4 cans of wet cat food in my total bill and was surprised at this after. I discussed wet food with the Vet, but didn t realize that I agreed to buy it or know what the cost was before I paid and was given the cans after the fact. That was the only part that was a little bit off about my first visit. I look forward to my pet s next visit.

The service I received at this visit was 100% better than the previous visit where the reception staff did not acknowledge me and I left without getting any service. This time the staff we welcoming, attentive and helpful. Good job on correcting a problem.

My pets have always received excellent care. The staff are professional and I never need to worry about medication refills and follow up appointments as they are on top of this and always send out reminders

My dogs love it here!

My dog loves coming to the vet. The treats sure help but everyone is friendly and made he feel comfortable. . The vet was very good with my dog and good with me in answering questions and informing me of different options but not being pushy about it.

Dear everyone, your office is kind, clean, professional and friendly. Due to the excellence of your staff there is only one negative, you are so busy and fully booked, that waiting time for an appointment, unless it is an emergency, is long. Your caring attitude is wonderful.
