The reason I am rating you low on some of your questions is because this is the second time that I have brought my dog in to have her nails clipped and you all have failed to clip one of her nails! I even told the technician when they came out to get the dog out of the car that y’all failed to clip it last time! You failed to clip t again this time! When I first started bringing my dog there to have her nails clipped the charge was $15 now it has raised to $19 and you were doing a much poor job!

Loved that my dog felt comfortable with the staff since going to the vet is stressful for him most times with other dogs barking. Their prices were great compared to other places I’ve been.

The Vet might could suggest various options in treatments so the client could make sound budgetary decisions...

Dr. Webb has taken care of our dogs for years. He is caring, thorough, & we appreciate all that he does to keep our dogs healthy. He’s a blessing!

I was not inside therefore i can not know if it is clean inside, i gave it 5 stars because everything else was good so i trust that inside is good as well.

We absolutely love your office!

I was told it would be about an hour wait. My appt was set for 2pm. I waited 3 1/2 hours. Thou I was pleased to know my cat was going to be ok. He felt better the following day and improved daily. I guess it was worth the wait.

We needed a quick appt to get our new kitten seen ASAP. It was a stray we rescued and likely had some health issues that could harm our other pets. They got us in next day, got him all checked out, fixed up and back home ready to join the family. The staff was super friendly, explained everything, and the Dr. even called me personally to go over his findings!!! Could not be happier with our experience!

The staff is very nice. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. I would recommend this office to everyone pet owner I know in the area.

I answered 1 star on clearness & odor because we cannot go inside to know due to COVID. I Would have answered n/a but it was not an option

With COVID-19 as our current reality, we were a little nervous to have our dog visit the vet for her annual checkup. However, the staff at Pet Doctor in Rockwall delivered on friendly service as usual. They promptly greeted us at the car to take our girl into the office, and she was returned with a wagging tail in record speed... all shots updated, Heartguard in-hand, and ready to explore another healthy year.
