we have always been very pleased with the service we receive

We are new to the area and this was our first appointment. The entire staff and the doctor were all exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We were very, very impressed with the sincerity, and quality of care received!

I had an 8:00 appointment for my cat and I got there a few minutes early so I could check in. The landscape people were there mowing, blowing, etc making a lot of noise around the building and parking area. My cat wasn’t keen about being in a carrier and riding in the car so the mowers and blowers further freaked him out. I went to the clinic door so I could wait inside away from the commotion but the door was locked. There were employees inside and one even waved to me but they didn’t unlock the door until 8:00. If you aren’t going to let people in until 8:00, maybe the first appointment should be delayed until 8:10 so at least people can get into the waiting area if they arrive a few minutes early. Every at the practice is great and really nice but this seems like a miss when it comes to attending to animal comfort/welfare.

I am not satisfied with overall service. My cat is getting older and more sensitive. There should be no need to reschedule my cat s appointment because your office failed to deliver her bloodwork and urine test to the lab.

I give 5 stars on all above! Thank you for helping Sophie!

The service was very personal. One thing that I noticed. Gabe (as he prefers to be called) takes the time to make the pet, in our case a dog, comfortable. In every veterinary clinic, the doctor ask us to place the pet on a exam table. In this case he sat down with our dog on the floor and did his examination. I thought that is a very good way to make our pet feel comfortable. Also, today I received a personal phone call asking how our Bailey was doing. I never give 5 stars. In this case, it warrants it.

If there were 10 star rating, Ocean Animal Hospital rates it. I was seen the first day I called..in for care the next day, followed by phone call the next morning. Great Vet and staff.

I was very impressed with Dr Gabe and the caring staff! They allowed be to stay with my dog through the entire exam and shots and tests. I appreciate that and my dog did very well.

What a great experience with Ocean’s team of professionals. Each of the many interactions between Ocean’s team, me, and-my 8-year-old Boxer were professional, efficient, caring, and very thorough! Great experience all-around.

I thought the staff was awesome, the Dr. Knowledgeable, although Zeke had a few bumps and something on his leg that the Dr. Looked confused about what it was. He also said Zeke has a heart murmur, he has been going there for a year or so and never has this been brought up, I assume that this is a condition that can come up in 6 months or so, but the condition should not be a 2/3 so soon. I don t know about these things, and am deeply concerned, but going through medical issues my self, funds are very low, but that is my problem. Thanks for giving Zeke his shots, he was very wierd for the last couple days, but thank you Marvin Jette
