Great visit and Bentley was well taken care of.

I was especially impressed with Dr. Gabe s personal approach. He sat down on the floor with my dog whose old and very timid. This helped her feel much more at ease than the usual method of being lifted onto the cold, hard, slippery exam table. Also Dr. Gabe was very prompt in calling me personally and promptly with my dog s lab results and his thoughts on her condition. He made me feel like we were a team. I liked that. The staff was also very friendly and professional. We ll definitely be following up with Dr. Gabe for our pet s care.

This entire experience was handled with the UTTER MOST of professionalism. From making the appointment, to checking out. I sent an email to the hospital from a reminder they sent me. Saying that it was time for Bella s shots. I forgot about it. They contacted me. Set me up(to MY SCHEDULE).She explained everything to me and what my options were upon arrival. The veteranarian was very knowledgeable and good with my frightened dog.very thorough and professional. Place was VERY CLEAN. No animal smell. Over all I would recommend HIGHLY. I ll be a customer for life. Thanks guys

Very professional great staff

The staff and Technician were friendly, caring and professional. The Technician answered most of our questions and explained any procedures thoroughly. The DVM was awesome he sat on the floor and examined our dog and explained any issues he thought were relevant from the physical exam.

Thank you, Dr Young, for carefully reviewing Sophie s case and determining her hypothyroid problem. She is doing MUCH better with the medication, and we look forward to many more healthy and happy years. Mahalo nui loa, the O Learys.

I was really impressed by the fact the Vet sat on the floor to make BJ comfortable and with the depth and completeness of the physical examination.

It was so nice to find a veterinarian who was open on Saturday within a reasonable distance. I was given an appointment within forty-five minutes of calling. I will continue to use your services for all of my cats. Thank you.
