My visit to the vet for my African Grey parrot, Maggie, was rather routine.....a wellness check, wing, nail & beak trim. Dr. Jeffries did a great job explaining what he was going to do ahead of time, he asked me how I would like her wings clipped instead of just telling me how he would do it. As Maggie does not like men, I was impressed with Dr. Jeffries calm, quiet manner with her. I would not hesitate to bring Maggie back to him when her wings grow out. Thank you, Deane Garrison

I absolutely love the staff and Doctors here. They are very professional and truly care about animals. Its not just a job for them. They personally care for each pet as if it were their very own. My dog is not the most social pitt bull, and they made it easy for me to get seen by taking me directly into a room and not making me feel uneasy or uncomfortable. Thanks so much staff. Everything was excellent. Survey would not let me click the stars. Only thing I do not care for is the dog song played over and over and over again when you are placed on hold when calling into the office. Once is enough.

Dr. Bradshaw was kind and gentle with my cat. The entire clinic staff was friendly and efficient. The environment was very clean and quiet.

Everyone who works here is so good with the animals...you trust them because they really love animals and are considerate to both human and pet needs

Hi - I arrived right at my appt time and was shown to a room where I waited for 30 minutes. If Kay had not said something to the back a few times it would have been longer. I wasn’t in a hurry so it was okay, and your staff is always lovely and polite. Kay is wonderful by the way, she always remembers my prescriptions and pays special attention to my pup. Becca does a great job with Abbie’s shot, she is very gentle.

So appreciate DR Carlson and the amazing staff. I d mention each one by name here... yet I wouldn t want to inadvertently leave one off the list... I ve been a client since August of 2000...17plus years of compassionate and excellence in service. We ll keep coming back!
