First time visit. Very impressed with Dr. Bradshaw

For an early morning appointment, I was surprised to wait 15 minutes to see someone, and then another 10 minutes to see the doctor. As my dog has fairly high anxiety in vet offices, it was a little stressful for both of us to wait that long. Otherwise everything was perfect for our first visit. Thank you!

We have a second home in La Quinta. Our primary veterinarian is in the Bay Area, but we have now seen three of your vets for various “emergency” services when we were in the desert. I am so thankful for the way your staff, from front desk to techs to doctors, have been so incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. You guys are great!!

Sollei was seen for a laser treatment. The ladies in the admitting area (Rebecca, Kate, Wendy) could not have been nicer. The tech team (JT and Ron an everyone over the term of treatment) are top notch! DR Wallace and Dr. Jeffrey have been so attentive to our needs and genuinely concerned at each visit. We feel grateful to have them available.

Dr. Bradshaw and the Staff were very good answering questions, informing us about the XRays, the costs, the results, everything. The staff called back with the results from the Radiologist in a timely fashion with very clear explanation. Excellent vet Office!

We needed to find a Vet in the valley as we are part time residents now but soon to be full time. Village Park was the only clinic we could find that would take us and we feel VERY fortunate to stumble upon your practice. We felt very comfortable with the facility and that our 2 dogs will be well taken care of here. After all, a graduate from Kansas State would only provide the best care. We will certainly make this our dogs care provider here in California. A big thank you to all the staff that made our visit happen when we needed it the most.

The kitties were there for their shots. The tech told us where they gave the shots. They had no problems after we got home.

Dr.Wallace is quite a character, wonderful caring man. Very thorough with his examination of our pet.

This was my very first to visit Village Park Animal Hospital and I was very pleased from the moment I called for an appointment and when Micah (our dog) and I walked in to your office. We were made to feel very welcomed in a comfortable environment. Our Technician and Dr. Kathy Carlson were incredible. We discussed how Micah needed to be treated and agreed on a plan. The best news off all is that Micah is healthy and he is very well. Thank you very Much!

Very impressed overall. However, a small complaint. A great deal of marketing was done which turns me off cold. A little less would be better. Very impressed with Dr. Carlson.

All the people working at this office are fantastic! The staff are always very helpful and very friendly. And I appreciate all they do!
