Attending veterinarian and tech staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were gentle and caring with my elderly cat. Wait time was reasonable and attention was given to the explanation of upcoming expenses regarding her future care.

We will be back. The technician that cut Pablo’s toenails was outstanding. Pablo was nervous and he had diarrhea and peed all over the table and this great guy took it all in stride. I didn’t necessarily feel hurried. However, I would have liked the Doctor to have spent time going over parvo vaccinations and socialization. I left and realized I should have asked because it wasn’t covered at all. But then I thought this is something extremely important that should have been brought up by the staff during my visit. Thankfully, when I picked up a prescription, someone was kind enough to go over tips and help with ideas to socialize while waiting to complete vaccinations. I would have rather had more time with the doctor. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Everyone was very friendly but unfortunately Chico passed away the day after his visit. I hope it had nothing to do with the procedure he received on the day of his visit. He kept licking the area where the procedure was done and he just started bleeding profusely and didn t make it.

My appointment was late morning, so I expected a wait...given that people were probably late for their earlier appointments.

I was very pleased overall!

We were so impressed with Dr Bradshaw! Not only was she completely knowledgeable & professional but so compassionate while explaining the entire surgical procedure! The entire surgical center was amazingly kind & understanding about what was about to happen to our precious Chelsea!
