Although we had to wait, we understood you were very busy - especially with the little piggy who I hope is doing OK! I appreciate staff keeping me informed during our wait - that was most important. We love Village Part Animal Hospital, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Any wait time in the lobby is well enjoyed because of the staff. Dr Jeffrey is so amazing with our Parrot (Berla). He is the only one outside the family that Berla will allow to handle her and he takes such good care of her. I totally trust Dr Jeffrey with Berla s well being, very knowledgeable on Exotic Birds and other exotic animals.
