I so appreciate being taken in immediately when I felt my dog was experiencing an emergency. It turned out everything was fine thankfully, but the entire staff was so understanding and empathetic, BOTH with my dog and with ME. (By the time I got there, I was worse off than my dog!) Thank you.

the staff is great and they know me and my dogs they even recognize my voice on the phone and are always helpfull and happy to see me, i do not have any problems with the staff they are great !! the waiting was fast and excellent, yes and it is always clean,thank you

Our dog gets very nervous when visiting the vets, but the peaceful setting and the friendly manner of all of the employees made this a very stress free visit!

This was my first visit and I could not have felt like I was in better hands by the front office staff and Dr. Jeffrey and his assistant. Dr. Jeffrey is very knowledgable about house rabbits and handled the delivery and decision making of my rabbit s terminal cancer condition with great respect, compassion, and patience.

My first time in with a new dog to me, very impressed with the clinic on my first visit.

I called to make an appointment w/ grooming at the last minute to get our Dog Tank s nails trimmed. Zach, in Grooming was great in finding me a time to come in that day. The groomer, MArk ? , I think was his name did a great job on Tank s nails and we in and out quickly . No more scratches on my wood floor!! Thank you VPA , Your e the Best!

The price of the visit was astronomical, but Dr. Wallace was very thorough and sweet to our Macy.
