I didn t mind the wait because the quality of care and personal attention was worth a day s wait. Dr. Carlson and the entire crew are warm, professional and competent. That s why I go to Village Park. Frankly, I d wait all day!

Dr Jeffries is excellent & never makes me feel like he is rushing me or my pets, I work with a rescue group in Long Beach & have not found any vets here at the beach that I am as happy with as I am with him---if/when I live full time in La Quinta; he will be my only Vet.

I am using an IPad and am unable to know if my responses were displayed. I feel that every question deserves the highest mark. From the phone call to my arrival, I was immediately taken care of with warmth and concern. Ronald and Dr. Carlson truly felt my sadness and emotional pain. Both were genuinely concerned about both my feline friend of almost 15 years, Sadie, and me. Their sencerity helped me through a very difficult time. Reception should be called Customer Care Specialists because of their professionalism and concern. Thank you all for not treating my situation as a daily routine but as a comfort zone during a difficult time.
