Family Veterinary is and has always been my favorite vets by far! Extremely compassionate, intuitive, and highly experienced. Yes, my dogs actually enjoy seeing the staff! Thank you so much for your incredible customer care platform. Makes a huge difference in how our pets are cared for by comparison!

Very satisfied with service. The system is working well to see patients under COVID restrictions. All staff very friendly and efficient.

As I arrived I called from parking lot, was put on hold and no one ever returned. I called again, got a recording to leave a message. I did. No return. I called again and got a nice, caring response. We LOVE our vets, and the office staff, always so friendly seem to be a bit off - probably the covid has caused a great upset in what was a usual routine.

We treasured the expertise and genuine warmth shared by Dr. Kevin, Dr. Liz and all the staff. THANK YOU ALWAYS! Merry Christmas!

This was a visit to evaluate my Hound for odd behavior/possible stroke. Good COVID precautions, including Vet Tech coming to the Van to get my Hound, so #6 is N/A as I did not go inside. Staff was concerned for my Hound and did a good job of reassuring me both when I dropped off and picked him back up. Odd behaviors were back pain. Very detailed clinical notes and instructions provided in written form.

Everyone was terrific

. The vet jumped to conclusions about a diagnosis without sufficient data or without listening to what the owner of the pet was saying. The office seems to have many computer problems and they did not have a complete record which led to much confusion and created much stress. There was not a clear explanation of why prescribe drugs would be helpful nor was the diagnosis clear. There was a contradiction with information from the prior visit. I do not plan to return nor will I recommend the practice to anyone.

Question #6 is n/a due to COVID restrictions and not allowed to enter the office.

Dr Kevin delivered some incredibly hard news about our girl Sage. He’s always so kind and compassionate, and I’m eternally grateful he was the one that gave us the news. Thank you, Family Vet.

We love Dr Inman and Dr Lawrence. They always take such good care of our pets and are so nice. We always feel good about the care and advice we get from them. About the second question, we had to wait for quite a while in the car before being seen, but I do not believe that was their fault. Things are all crazy because of COVID. And that day our county just moved to more strict procedures. also for the same reason we didn’t enter the facility, but it has always been very clean in the past. I just wanted to answer the questions honestly.

Always a great experience. The tech who came to get my dog was very friendly and obviously relayed the concerns I had to the vet. All the questions I had were thoroughly answered via the tech. My dog was happy going in and when he returned to me. The vet also wrote a personal message about my dog and his evaluation and answering the questions/concerns I had on the paperwork I received after the appointment. Great experience during these crazy times!
