Everyone at Cedar Way is always courteous and friendly! Dr. Tinio always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, as well. We couldn’t ask for a better place to care for the two most important things in our lives - Brutus and Maxwell!

We are so thrilled to have found Cedar Way. While we know the situation isn’t ideal right now, we appreciated how much time both the doctor and vet tech took to speak with us on the phone as this was our first appointment with our rescue pup. We look forward to when we can come into the office, and meet everyone in person. However, we know she is in good hands when we drop her off.

Always A Good Experience At Cedarway!

I loved the convenience of the tech’s picking up or dog outside, the Dr. calling and explaining, paying over the phone and bringing our dog, Bodey, back out. Very professional and helpful, and all my questions were answered. They even called the next day to follow up

Cedar way has always been very clean and the staff very helpful along with the doctors being excellent.

Cedarway is awesome. They took such good care of our fur baby. He had surgery yesterday and is recovering very well. The office prepared us for what to expect and Dr. Frank spent a lot of time explaining the surgery and how to care for him after. They called and checked up on Bean as well the next day!

From the first phone call the entire process was very professional. My dogs exams were very thorough and great suggestions and feedback were given. I was very happy and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Second emergency appointment in less than a week. Squeezed me in with no problem. We are very grateful!

I don t agree with having to wait in the parking lot. Precautions can be taken to keep your staff safe...install plexiglass on your counter, require masks, supply sanitizer. Most animals are stressed when at the vet, taking away the person they feel safe with just makes it worse. Plus not being able to ask questions and get feedback during the exam is not ideal.

I did not go into the clinic, so I cannot say for sure on the last question.

The staff at Cedar Way seems to truly care about my pets.
