Our dog was a mess--she was not happy being there and the staff was wonderful with her. Thank you.

The groomer did an excellent job and spent time asking questions so she’d do everything I wanted. Very satisfied.

I thought the doctor was very good with our dog and with us. I wasn t really impressed with the nurses . I think it would ve been nice is if you guys would have given our dog a treat for being such a good boy like most veterinarian offices do

Dr. Honey was very thorough, as usual. His patience too is much appreciated. The staff was considerate, friendly and efficient. Even though we moved further away I wouldn t consider NOT taking my puppy anywhere else.

After $500 worth of X-rays, exams, and medication, we left with no answers about a diagnosis but rather referrals to radiologists and ophthalmologists. However, I never received any reports from either. When I took my dog to his regular vet, the diagnosis was very different. We lost him one week later. I tried to make Dr. Honey understand that the signs we were seeing at home were severe and completely unlike anything normal, but we were not taken seriously and neither was our dog’s condition. The doctor was especially rough when he examined my dog’s neck. He made my boy yelp and cry in pain then apologized to us. He hurt more from that point on, and I wonder if this may have contributed to or even caused injury that lead to his passing. We watched him suffer in the belief that we were doing right based on a professional’s recommendation. My heart is in pieces because I don’t think I was given the correct advice , and I agonize thinking I could have done something better to ease his pain even if I had to make the choice to euthanize him. I have loved and lost pets before, but this experience was especially traumatic. Not that I need it now, but where is the phone call from the radiologist and ophthalmologist I was promised and paid for? The whole situation was cruel to us and our pet. I can’t believe this has happened. Our household is heartbroken. I wake up and go to bed in tears daily blaming myself. This should not have happened this way.
