The office was very busy due to multiple surgeries, staffing shortages due to illnesses, and euthanasias. However, Stacy kept her wonderful attitude and was kind and helpful to all, even while running the front desk by herself. Kudos to her!! Normally the wait is minimal so I was fine with the delay as it was completely unavoidable. Overall pleased with my visit as usual. Met many nice clients in the waiting area!!

Wait time was long, but I believed there may have been a couple of emergency type visits. Staff were very busy, but they still were very pleasant.

The lady that helped me was very kind, knowledgeable and nice to my dog. The younger lady seemed to be in training and didn’t know much. She was still nice.

Worst experience ever in many years of veterinary care,a real taste of how uncaring the staff is.Asked to at least talk to someone with vet experience was told they were closing soon and if I felt my dog needed more care go to Blue Pearle or UF.I am truly upset over

It was perfect!

When I arrived at the walk-in clinic, the vet had just left on an appt. and they said he would be back in about an hour and I could leave my dog and he would see him when he got back. When my husband went to pick up my dog at 5:00 when the clinic was closing, the vet had just gotten back so he had to wait an additional hour for the dog to be checked and to talk to the vet. The vet is wonderful, takes time explaining things, etc. but the wait time (at both clinics) is almost always WAY TOO LONG! Not to mention I had an appt scheduled for that day at the West clinic and they called me that morning to cancel the appt. and the next day said there would be no vets at the clinic. My dog needed immediate attention. Who has NO VETS at their clinic on a weekday? Seems like the management could do better.

Great communication about appointment and follow up checking on the results of the surgery. The Best!

You need more than 1 person at the desk. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time because 1 person was checking out 5 people and furry friends and no one checking people in.

Love this office! The only downside is the location, and with all of the benefits and the lovely staff and vets, I’d travel this far and further for their services!

Everything is as fantastic as always and my pup is always so well looked after!
