Every visit we have had including emergency visits, we have been treated very well. During out dogs surgery they called and kept us informed of how he was doing. It is obvious they all love animals and are excellent with them. I would definitely recommend this office

Everything went well. I arrived a little early and was seen shortly after. Staff is always great. I love the DRs and staff. You can tell they really love what they do. Show so much patience and affection for animals.

When someone is 5 minutes late staff should not be so cold as to scold and remind to call to advise. Situations could be devastating as to reasons for lateness which happened to me. I think at 5 minutes late it’s probably not necessary to scold for this. Most times at 5 minutes late it’s because we are outside with a dog or pet that is doing their business. Just asking for less hassle at this time, just not friendly.

Good location, it was clean and fresh. Doctor worked with me to provide my pet with tests,labs.

I am very pleased with the doctors and staff. The ease of getting an appointment is great. Everyone is very friendly and caring, and takes their time to explain everything to you.

Vet and staff were great but appointment took over two hours. Also seems a bit extreme to still not allow people inside the building when restrictions are lifting just about everywhere else including hospitals.

The entire team I saw during my visit was amazing, everyone is positive and kind! Roshelle was so incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. Whenever I spoke with her (over the phone) about my concerns she never made me feel rushed and she always has a positive attitude!

I arrived for my appointment and was turned away due to an emergency ongoing at the clinic. I rescheduled for the next day, waited 1.5 hours for 3 vaccinations for my dog - with the reason being more emergencies... this is not good customer service, if your clinic is this busy, perhaps you should have more vets on staff? I am willing to drive to Archer if this location is less busy - I was not happy with my experience at the west location.

Dr. Horton is simply wonderful in every way. Her explanations are clear, her advice is caring and sound and she so clearly loves animals and wants the best for her clients. I feel extremely lucky to have her to care for my dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to GAHW! Dr. Horton spent an abundant amount of time with us going over all information and questions we might have about our new puppy stitch! We had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff and will be returning for all our pet medical needs!
