I know everything is curbside, but for the first time ever, I had to wait about 30 minutes in the car with my dog to be seen. That was the longest I ever had to wait since I have been going to the practice in 21 years. It could have been the particular day, but it was uncharacteristic of your practice. Once seen, the staff was very efficient. Please adjust appointment making to be able to handle the new normal if curbside. Other than that, everything was great.

Our dog recently got fixed, and pick-up was rather chaotic with a long wait time and very rushed explanation of aftercare in the parking lot. We appreciate being scheduled promptly for this appointment, but would have also preferred 1:1 time with the vet if possible.

I recently move to the area and they got me in the same week I called. They were kind and was willing to work with my not so nice cat but turns out she was just in pain and they took care of her the same day. They are the best!

I don t like that I still couldn t enter with my dog, as I am fully vaxed, boosted, and wear a mask. The price for an annual has increased quite a bit. I waited 25 minutes for someone to bring the receipt out to my car. Still do not have a 2022 rabies tag for my dog. :(

We always appreciate knowing our dogs are in good hands when they are under your care :)

The support staff is exceptional. It has to be difficult for them with their COVID protocols and they were great. I so appreciate their efforts to keep everyone safe.

Thanks for always fitting in sick visits for my dog. It isn t often but when something is wrong is comforting to know he ll be treated soon.

Love the friendliness of the staff and the care that they all have for my pet. They treat him so well and really care so much about his health. Highly recommend this office

Due to Covid restrictions it was a challenge for staff and clients to visit. Staff did an excellent job communicating via phone while waiting for my pet to return to me as I sat in the car. Dr. M explained test results, medication very well. ?? her and we are happy to join the Arlington Park family. “Georgette”

Great Staff!

I was a bit frustrated when picking up my cat. At drop off I was told to come back at 5:15 to pick him up. When I arrived I was told he wasn’t ready yet and that the vet needed to see him once more but she was with a patient. I was told it would be about 1/2 hour. A phone call would have been appreciated that he needed more time with the vet.

I love Arlington Park Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Ciura is wonderful and always explains what she is doing and why! I always feel like she cares about my dog and wants to help her feel better! I love the staff to and would definitely recommend Arlington Park to anyone living in the area!

I left my phone at home and was unable to call the office. Katy saw me outside and came out and asked me to come in.
