Based upon our research your pricing appears higher than others. This visit did not seem as friendly or caring as others we have had. I could hear the staff talking/yelling to one another through the door while I waited which did not seem professional.

No service was provided. My cat waited too long for service. If you had tried to groom her sooner she probably would have been ok but you waited too long and the dogs and other noises made her too nervous to work on. you need to make appointment times appropriate to the time they are being groomed.
