I love this veterinarian and his staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. It is so hard to find a good vet I went through 2 others that did not even know what a check up was. Putting bandaides on issues that did not work to keep you coming back. Finally a place that finds the problem and tells you how we will treat it.

Bentley Animal Hospital surpassed our expectations. A health emergency for our 12 year old dog led us to an urgent call to Bentley Animal Hospital. They were patient and knowledgeable with any question I had regarding my pet s health. I was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning because of the urgency. All staff was friendly & professional. The staff recommended my pet to VSS for emergency surgery. She is doing well and on the mend thanks to the quick care Bentley Animal Hospital provided. They are now our vet of choice.

So first of all, we love this place. Our puppy is so so tiny - just 1.6 lbs at 8 weeks. And just by nature of timing, the grooming and other appts near ours were all huge dogs and two of them were with one man who had zero control over his dogs who were incredibly interested (but not aggressive) in our little puppy. The receptionist identified this issue and quickly got us in a room. After that, holy cow, were Alyssa and Dr. Reiter amazing to us and our new puppy. Though we have had a dog before, there were a lot of new things since our old dog was a puppy 18 years ago. And they were kind, explained so much, calmed us on her ear mites, gave us peace by checking her out. They made us feel comfortable and like our pet was one of theirs. We went home and just raved about how good we felt after we left the vet.

I have taken my dogs here for 20 years. One of the things I really appreciate is that when I have a sick dog, I get an appointment quickly!! Super clean office and a very friendly staff.

For past several years our pet Louie has required home visits for his medical needs and the staff at Bentley Animal Hospital are wonderful, Dr. Reiter has been out on multiple occasions with various members of his medical staff and I have always found all of them to be kind, compassionate and professional in every aspect - thank you : )

I did curbside and the staff were amazing. The doctors kept me informed and educated me regarding my cats issues. I highly recommend this facility and it s staff.

The sign on the door should just read we require masks. Stating that there’s county requirements isn’t true.

I arrived early and they were able to see me early.

I had to wait about 20 plus minutes in the room before we were seen. I understand there were delays because of emergencies but may be a good idea to inform patients there’s a delay so we can come in later. Dogs aren’t super patient in a waiting room.

Mr. Reiter was honestly the best vet I’ve ever come into contact with, he was very helpful listened to our needs and helped us find a solution within a timely manner ! 10/10 would recommend him to all my family and friends .
