I have only good things to say about bringing Tiger to your offive. He doesn like the car ride but thats a given Got him home and he was his normal self, so what you had to do to him, he still was his normal happy cat.

Service was great and Julie and Hannah always take fantastic care of Leo during his grooming sessions.

The staff was friendly as well as the vet. The vet explained the problem with my pet and diagnosed quickly. We have been to other vets and nothing was ever said about the reason for ongoing issues for 4 years. Very pleased.

My bill was over $600.00 with a years supply of Heart Guard and tick Med. I was kind of shocked at the charge. With f tbeing said, I though everyone was so nice, thorough and the best care my dog has ever had. And he is almost 5 years old and has suffered with allergies that was never addressed until coming here. Excellent care. Excellent tech and excellent vet!!!

I was with people for 20 and was waiting for 30. I had to sit in the room with my cat for 20 minutes before any interaction with the assistant. She then left for 10 minutes to change a battery and came back with the vet (I think? She didn’t introduce herself) who then changed the battery. It felt like a waste of time.

Dr. Reiter is the best. He is honest and tells you like it is. He lays out all of your options if something is going on with your pet. I have a lot of respect for him.

Vets need to be more personable. These pets are our children and we want a calm and considerate doctor discussing the situation and necessary outcome to help our pets. With this said, the pet parent, if informed correctly, should have the final decision.
