This was the first time we used your grooming services available in addition to our usual vet visits. When we picked up Alistair after his grooming visit, it was at least two to three days before he stopped shaking. We are not sure. because no one mentioned anything beforehand, if he was given some type of sedative before the grooming or if there was something that happened during the grooming process that we should ve been made aware of when we picked him up. Whatever happened, it was a tramatic experience for Alistair for sure, which totally upset everyone in our family. . Have always been totally satisfied with the vet services, but definitely not anticipating using the grooming services again.

The tech talked really fast and seemed to do a hard push on the new vaccine. I don’t care for hard sales.

Grooming prices should be explained better. I was quoted $50 but paid $60 because teeth cleaning was not included; but they said it was the morning of when I asked before my dog was groomed. Also, my dog was shaved and not brushed afterwards. She had hair falling out all over the car. I had to take her out and wipe my hand across her so all the excess hair could be removed. I had my toddler with me so I didn’t have time to take her back in to get brushed.

The vet was fantastic!! Dr Farris ? Was so empathic with my home situation and was very concerned when I called back with questions. I would highly recommend this practice they are all truly concerned and provide excellent care to my yorkie Bella!!!

I had a problem with the option of the staff wanting to charge me $22 if I wanted them to put ear drops in my pets ears. So I just told them to show me how to do it and I would put the drops in myself. Why does every single service have to cost something? It s s shame things have to cost so much

I was just glad to not hear he has cancer

We were very pleased with the care provided to us and our cat by every one of the staff we met and interacted with at Bentley Animal Hospital. The doctors explained to us what they found to be the problem, what treatments were available, and the results that they found. We also received a follow-up call to see how our pet was doing.

Dr. Bailey called to discuss Miya with me. So kind and thoughtful to check up on her. I love my vet Dr. Brian and all of his staff!

When I decline particular services, I do not want to be guilt-tripped. I understand that the services have to be explained; however, I do not always have the financial means to do them or may not want to do them. Please be understanding and compassionate...that s all I ask. One more item...You may want to consider sending a hand-written note (from Vet) when a person has had to put their pet down. It s been almost a year (April 17) since we had to put our Sheltie, Angel, down. I thought after her being a patient for 11 years I would have at least gotten that (not a pre-printed card). Just a thought.

I think $46.50 is a lot to charge for 10 minutes. In addition to that, the charge for eye drops was $33. Charges are quite expensive.

I really appreciate that we were seen without an appointment on Friday. Our puppy was bitten by another dog and we wanted her checked out. We were seen quickly and they took the time to make sure she was okay and followed up on Saturday. It made my daughter feel much better. Thank you!

It is greatly appreciated on how quickly they scheduled an appointment for my dog and work with me not making me feel like a bad doggie mom for being low income. They treated me with respect and my animal with special care which is greatly appreciated and why I continue to use Bentley Animal Hospital
