Six days a week and over-the-top after hours consult availability. Loved, loved, loved the Dr and techs. Even other customers were pleasat.

I appreciated getting in quickly to have Lydia s knee examined. You had a full schedule and worked us in. I really did appreciate that. I am hoping for an answer on the xray soon. For a week, I have tried to get in contact with Dr. Appelbaum. A couple of times, I requested that he call me whether he had an answer yet or not. I wanted to discuss the progress of her condition. I did not get a call. I finally made contact a week later. When I called the day after I was in, I had an unpleasant exchange with Stacy. I called twice. I was very concerned because it seemed the pain medications were not helping her and requested a call from Dr. Appelbaum. The second time, I realized I hadn t told Stacy that Lydia was coughing a lot. When I called, I asked how Stacy was and she said well, she snippily said she was doing the same as she was two hours ago (when I called). I told her about the cough and she said maybe she had been intubated, but she wasn t sure. I said, well maybe that was it. She never let me know for sure whether she was intubated or not, so I just waited it out and she finally quit coughing. And I really didn t want to call back to find out by asking Stacy again. I have not had issues with any other office staff.
