Always great service... always professional

It was my first time with a kitten and the staff were very informative on caring for it and since I’m on a tight budget and don’t have a well earning job, the staff gave me options and worked with my budget. Would definitely recommend this place and I will make it my cats go to get.

These are tough times but things were good. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and I appreciate how the billing was explained prior to being charged. The only thing I disliked was how we had to wait outside the office and only one person was allowed to be inside even though we had masks.

Staff and Doctor were very pleasant, professional and detailed. They took care of my Toby? Explained different options and even made follow-up calls to see how he was doing. Highly recommend!

Carlos, Tasha, Jessica and Dr. Prats were all very helpful and professional. It was my first visit to the office, with a sick cat, during the 2020 pandemic (drop-off only). It is difficult to hand over a pet to a new vet you have not even met, and not be able to accompany them or view the facilities, but the entire staff was very reassuring via telephone, and instilled confidence and professionalism. Charges were fully explained and were reasonable. Treatment plan was clearly explained, and the cat is recovering. I m confident than any questions I might have will be answered. Thank you for a positive experience under difficult circumstances. I will be bringing my other cats in for annual check ups.

All was good. However, the pandemic has made it difficult to establish a more personal experience with Grove animal hospital. My dog went thru oral surgery and is recovering well. I would recommend this location.
