I had a wonderful experience! This was my first time taking my new cat to the vet, and I was very nervous because he was a stray and was very scared about the trip. The staff was SO friendly and reassuring!

Despite the pandemic we are all facing, the staff at Grove Animal Hospital was very professional and very efficient with our recent visit. My cat was injured, and I needed immediate care for her. This facility took us in right away, and provided amazing care to our baby. I will return to this facility to provide future care for our cat.

We are from out of the country and had to take our doggy to see a vert because she was sick. At Grove Hospital they were so helpful and empathetic and found a way to attender doogyy ASAP. Thanks you so much!

Consistently great service and follow-up.

It was a pleasant experience though a couple of opportunities for improvement: 1) I had to call back to get information on his weight and dental suggestions, 2) I was billed proactively for a stool sample and that wasn t made clear, so I had to call back to have that removed. Both of these themes are around over communicating.

Everything was good. I liked the follow up email the day after.

Great Experience!

The personal, same day call from Dr Pratt with my dogs results was great! I love the cost review prior to service. Maybe a written list of suggestions for caring for our dog, based on issues, upon or after leaving would be nice. I can never remember everything the Dr mentions. Just an idea. Everything else is so great!

We went Sunday 01/19 and were very pleased with the facilities, Dr Prats and did not get the name of the receptionist/assistant that was very helpful and nice. We loved that in the room they got our kitten name saying welcome. Everything was very well explained with detail.
