The staff was super kind & helpful. They got me in that day. The office was very clean. I honestly like them more than the other vet I go go down here.

I don t believe words can describe how satisfied I am with my experience with GAH. I had two very sick dogs and the staff and Dr. Pratt was wonderful, professional and beyond compassionate. Prior to my visit to their facility, I visited several Vetinarian hospital. The staff would not assist me with the problems I was seeking their assistance for, and wanted to charge me for unnecessary treatment which had nothing to do with my dogs illness. However, GAH saw me the same day I called them and scheduled surgery for both dogs at an affordable price. They really care about Pets, and not just about making a profit. The faucility wasn t overcrowed. Service was prompt, everyone was nice and my dogs were comfortable with the Doctor and the technicians. I am so pleased that I discovered this place, and would recommend them to anyone.

Tasha was a very nice and welcoming. She was also very gentle and caring to my pet. Dr. Prats was also wonderful and performed on the same level as tasha. I would definitely recommend this place and I am definently going back for all my pet needs!

Everyone was so welcoming and we loved the attention we got while there. I loved the fact that someone contacted me the next day to see how my little guy was doing. It definitely made me feel like they cared and we weren’t just a number.

I have visited several animal clinics in Miami and the service here is the best. People are nice and caring and you can see they really love animals. I highly recommended it.

The staff and vet were very sensitive and kind to my dog who is nervous by nature. I am thrilled with there demeanor, the ease of being seen and the cleanliness of the office.

If 10 star will be provided I will rate 10 to Grove Animal Hospital , the service is amazing ,they honor my appointment right away , take took time with my pet , the staff is amazing and I will recommend it 100%
