EXCELLENT AS US USUAL, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

If there are two people waiting in exam room with their pet it would be nice to be offered another chair or have a folding chair available in the room. I have always been very happy with the care our pets have received from TriState Vet. Our Thank you especially goes to Dr Barnhorst and the techs that have treated Rudy! The office staff have been great as well!

I’ve been there a few times, both for basic needs and emergency. The service and compassion is always 100%. Any questions I have (which are usually a lot) are always patiently answered. The staff is 100%.

I think a nail trimming should be included in every well visit without having to schedule an additional appointment and include an additional cost.

We had a very educational experience. We learned about different types of food for allergies. When we left, we purchased different food for our dog. We bought Blue Buffalo. Our dog had his ears cleaned and seems so much happier!!

Although this time, the waiting time was very reasonable. Most times the waiting time has been very lengthy and I’m allergic to animals. As a result, I leave with an allergic reaction even though I take allergy pills everyday.

Everyone deserves a special shout out. So kind. So helpful. So wonderful. I know my pups are in good hands.
