Dr. Barnhorst and the staff always take such good care of Harley. They are so patient with us and answer all my questions. I am so thankful we switched to Tri-State.

I was very surprised with the care and concern that the vet and staff showed with my dog. They asked me to give them a call and let them know how he was doing after the visit and I really appreciated that.

We were very pleased with our visit. Everyone was very courteous an loved the one on one. Everything was explained in detail. I will be recommending friends to your office. Thank you for everything. Layla will be coming back in 6 months to see everyone again.

We will not be bringing out cat back. this is the 2nd time, with a different cat that the vet, the same vet, chastised us and shamed us for the food we feed the cat. the cat will not eat wet food; only dry food, since we adopted him. I do not want to go on; but would only say, we did not like the treatment and service from the veterinarian. The staff is superb.

We Have been customers/ “patients” there for 20 years. As usual we were greeted with quick & courteous service and concern for our Labrador ( although she is a handful!! ??). We greatly appreciate the Dr’s & the terrific staff & look forward to many more years.

I would like to thank the Veterinarian who examined Buddy Boy. Her kindness and concern for Buddy Boy was very much appreciated. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving Day with family and friends!

Vet tech or assistant not overly friendly or knowledgeable (she may have been new to the office?)

I was not greeted at all when I arrived. No one said a word to me the entire time I waited. Dr and tech were GREAT! Upon leaving, went back to front desk and just stood there - again, not a word from anyone, with three employees behind the desk. After 5 min I asked if I could leave, she said no, they were waiting for the paperwork. Horrible customer service at the front desk.

Dr.Young is excellent.

Excellent experience however I had provided my email address and expected to get copies of Meiko’s xrays, and I never received them. I even called the office two days in a row so I could speak to the Doctor. I understood that the doctor was off the first day, but I called the second day and never received any feedback from the labs.

We love Tri state vet!!!! We get the best care for our cats, so much better that our other vet. You have helped us to care for our cat Sophie, we thought we would have to put her down and you helped us to help her she is thriving and doing so good today thanks to your Drs. and Vet techs, we especially like Liz Murphy!! Thank you

Everyone is always so kind and courteous. Dr. Hallam always takes as much time as needed so I can understand and make informed decisions.
