Tri-States is always knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and available for me and my animals. I ve been going here for years and see no reason to stop. All my animals see Dr. Hallam, and we love her to bits. Dr. Barnhorst usually ends up seeing us when someone is in a bind, so she ends up being our urgent-care vet instead of Dr. Hallam, so we love her as well for her help in trying times!

Our experiences with Tri-State Vet has always been the best! The staff of techs and office personnel are always efficient and friendly! The staff is fantastic. I believe this was the first time Charlie and I saw Dr. Jung (Young?), but I was very happy with our visit. The wait time was a bit excessive (I waited roughly 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I arrived approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled time for about a 40-minute wait). I understand that things get backed up, especially for an appointment mid-afternoon, but thought it should be mentioned nonetheless.

I recently moved to this area & this was my first visit to your establishment . I could not have been more pleased. Everyone was pleasant helpful and informative I would definitely recommend this practice

OVerall great service! My regular vet was booked and we needed to be seen immediately. Tri-state was able to give us an appointment within 2 hours. The vet took her time explaining the problem and offered additional services without being pushy. Definitely recommend and will be switching to this vet permenantly! Thank you!!!
