COVID precautions excellent...better than some medical doctor’s offices

I had been promised a call back three times over the course of a week but no-one called. Fourth time I got a call back

very good as usual.

Everything was as good as they can be under these COVID times we have.

I love it here. A clear distinction between here and my prior vet. It has many plus’s like acupuncture and diagnostic’s on site. The staff is very nice and friendly also. Very helpful.

The parking lot waiting room protocol ran very smoothly, though I missed being with my animal when he was being examined. Dr Hallam and vet tech Jen were very helpful and thorough in answering my questions and I appreciated their attention and their kindness.

I was very appreciative that you were able to get my kitten in. The wait was a bit long. My mother brought the kitten for me and she said the vet was difficult to understand. The vet did not mention my other cats and when I called to ask if they could have the same thing, I was told they would talk to the doctor and call me back but they did not. I did end up taking my other cats to Newton Emergency yesterday and they were both sick but with something different. Liz was very friendly and helpful scheduling all my appointments.
