Very helpful staff who were able to get pet (a new patient) seen with an urgent concern. Covid restrictions make things difficult--I was surprised to see the doctor actually come out to speak with me. All was very well handled. Will recommend this office highly!

The news was the worst but Dr. Halam spent the time to answer my questions and discuss what s next. She has always shown compassionate concern and care for both the patient and the pet parent. Thank you, Dr. Halam!

It seems you have successfully figured out how to operate during this pandemic. Kudos. I hope you will be prepared should social distancing still be appropriate when the weather has gotten colder.

I think maybe that process should be implemented for dome situations. I was there one month ago to get shots for my dog, he hast to have shots in two separate visits. I didn’t have to wait and go through the whole process just the Rabie shot that was needed was given and I was done. It was easy fast and convenient. It would be great if this could be done for certain situations like mine
