It was an emergency visit and they were great, thanks for getting Sophia well.

New tech was amazing, she did an awesome job with Arya. The Dr. was spot on, and a pleasure to deal with. Can’t say enough positive about the staff!

Due to Covid- I have never actually been inside the office to answer the last question accurately. But based on my experience thus far, I’m going to assume it’s worthy of 5 stars.

The staff is so compassionate here! They were so kind, supportive and understanding when I brought our very sick dog here last year. I had to say goodbye to that beloved pet and they treated me and my pet with dignity and respect. I was so touched by their kindness! This year they assisted with our other elderly dog, and reassured us she is doing well. I would highly recommend this practice and I appreciate the dedication and caring of the staff!????????????

My dog, Rhoda has special needs. Everyone was fabulous about acommodating her anxiety and making adjustments to ease her stress. They went above and beyond to make her visit less stressful.

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated the time taken to talk with me and explain things to me. Very happy with office staff; will definitely recommend this Veterinary office. Don’t know if it would be possible to get a garbage can outside, so if people had to clean up pet waste before/ after the visit, they can dispose of it as well.

I absolutely love Dr. Halom, she goes out of her way to make you and your pet are happy! Her personality is amazing as well as all the staff at tri-state vet!

I was very surprised to have Dr. Young appear in the parking lot to speak with me about Chester s health. I thought he would just be delivered back to me. Although I prefer to be present in the examining room with my pet, I give Dr. Young & staff high marks for their professionalism, assistance & friendliness during difficult times. My cats & I are very happy with Dr. Young.

This vet place is very caring of there animals and have great staff. they told us everything that happened and explained everything I needed to know.

Considering that we are in the throws of a pandemic, I think you have done an admiral job of keeping my pet safe, happy & healthy. Good job!
