There was a man who came in not wearing a mask and was very rude when someone asked if he saw the sign on the door to please wear a mask. He balked at her and remained there asking the receptionist questions and waited for his pets to be brought to him. Not sure what you can do to make it clearer that if someone doesn’t want to wear a mask they will have curbside attention. People walked out because he wasn’t wearing a mask or social distancing.

I liked the new Vet Tech Dane. He was kind and patient. Of course, I love Altadena Valley Animal Clinic. We have continually used this practice for over 25 years. Great job!

I had not been inside b/c of Covid-19, and when I was able to go inside I was shocked at the new office space. It was beautiful. All the people in the office were so sweet and caring. Angie did a great job as usual on grooming. Drs. Miller and Foster are the best.
