Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and complimented sweet Mabel. Dr. Foster explained everything and even helped answer other questions we had! Altadena Valley will definitely be our primary vet for Mabel! Stay amazing!

It’s nice to have a vet that you know you dogs cared for and gets plenty of love from everyone there when you have to board your dog. It also nice to know when something happens or you need to board your dog because of a emergency. There understanding and wanting to help any way possible. Thank y’all for everything Colby W

Dr. Foster was wonderful! She took so much time with Coco. She remembered Coco from a year ago and was able to recognize her progress. She made us fell good about the care we’ve given our 13-year old rescue.

I have to say I stopped in Altadena Valley animal clinic still crying my heart out over the loss of my little dog I didn’t understand so fast and needed another vet to just talk to me. It was Dr Grimes. She talked a long time and I was a stranger. Never forgot her. Then took my last 2 babies there and were so happy and pleased with the staff and Dr Grimes and still her caring attitude, and told me things about my babies my other vet for years I had been unhappy with a while for several reasons and last being the loss of my little boy.,never told me. My girls are 12 and 14 and needed help besides what I thought and what a vet should do. She didn’t rush me out, spent a lot of time and wasn’t a mad house where nobody knew you except the office manger when I would email. I gave them all their records and they will be my forever vet clinic. I am working on what she told me and will take my lone little girl that I thought was just her breed mix and her hair so thick like an Eskimo but was matted underneath. My little dog is in bad enough health with her legs, eyes and hearing. I love the com ness and time spent. The staff, Emily I met on the phone for the appt and there too. She was also sweet and helpful. So yes I couldn’t be happier with Altadena Valley Animal Clinic for my children’s new vet to go to. Vets that throw you in and out don’t care. And 5 or 6 receptionist that don’t know you from the time you walked in to the time you left. I am not a vet and depend on them as you should be able to. Thank you so much.

Dr. Foster was great with Maggie on her annual checkup! We love your online pharmacy and last year when we used your boarding service it was a luxury to be able to see Maggie on the video system. Your practice is a great fit for us and our Beagle.

Loved our visit Saturday with Moxie and Claxton! Everyone was amazing!!! Told people about you today. To go see you! Moxie had an appointment for 12/17 to be spayed. I cancelled. I wanted to bring her home after procedure as she does not do well crated. I’m even willing to sign a waiver. I was informed that there wasn’t even a person on staff overnight to check on moxie. This would add to her anxiety. Sara (front person I spoke to today. 12.16) told me I could not bring moxie home. So I canceled appointment.

I hope your groomer stays with you. We are 100% satisfied with how nice our dog looks from toe to tail. For example, we asked for Gigi s teeth to be cleaned but never expected her back teeth to be so much whiter. Thank you. Donna Chieves
