Dr Bassi and staff are very courteous and I watched as the room was swept out before my appt. My dog was very nervous and may have appeared to be untrained however she is generally well behaved. Everyone was very good with her and patient with her nerves. German Shepherds are big animals and I have accidentally experienced her bite. If she was treated more cautiously I would have understood but I am fairly certain she reacts to how those around her behave and the casual nature of those at the clinic, helped greatly. Thank you. We are always welcomed when we go to the office. Staff and Doctors both are so friendly and informative. My puppy is so well taken care of.

My cat needed his booster shot and the doctor was very gentle putting it in, he didn t jab him like some doctors have done. So I especially appreciate that.

only gave less stars for #4 because no one explained billing procedures to us staff were friendly and helpful but the front desk felt understaffed for the volume of patients leading to linger check in/check out times than desirable

I was shocked by the price of a blood test and an x ray. I was reluctant to do it. I will defibte Not pay such high price again. Way too much money and my dig was gone after only one pain shot. His results were no issues. Paying $857 and nothing wrong was way too much money for a small dog.

This being my first time there I was very surprised that there is a charge to clip my dogs nails. I have never been charged to have that done while I was there to see the Vet. If I wasn’t there for an appointment, that would be a different story. Maybe let people know that especially if you know they have never been there before. I found that the medication was very expensive.

Never a problem with seeing any of the vets . They do take care of our animals. All is explained. Before any kind of treatment . Will stay with this clinic so long as I have a pet to take care of. Thank you everyone that works at airport animal clinic.
