I called with what I felt was an emergency and the office wouldn’t make room to see my pet. I was told I’d have to wait 10+ weeks for her to be seen. So I used the emergency service and was seen virtually by a vet at the cost of $200. He was the one to call your office and advocate for me and my pet. Then your office charged me $300. Perhaps you could try harder to get pets in for appointments when there is a pressing issue. I realize there is a shortage of vets in your office. But I felt let down that you couldn’t take me at my word and make room to see her the first time I called. The whole process was very stressful.

Appreciated the lit candle to inform that there was a pet crossing over. Appreciated the extra time given after exam to discuss concerns with vet technician. She was lovely to speak with. Very realistic and helpful.

To be on time would be nice.

Yogi and myself are always treated with kindness and understanding from the friendly staff. If an appointment is needed the staff always manages to give Yogi and myself an appointment on short notice.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Pankaj Bassi, was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, towards me and aggressive behaviour towards my puppy. Will not go to him again. Or i will be changing to another vet.

The staff and vet were very professional and the office was clean. The vet made excellent suggestions also.

The doctor did an excellent job with Rose s spay. She s in remarkable condition. This doctor has spayed and neutered 3 of my rescues and he s done one abdominal blockage surgery. He does excellent work! He s very caring. I am always impressed by his work.

Great appointment we were in and out and all questions answered.

Denver had pictures taken, I am just waiting for the provision of same.

I was 1/2 hour late getting to see the vet. I was not upset cause someone had to get their animal put down. Impressed with the compassion they showed the pet owner. Great job everyone!

The staff at Airport animal hospital have always been there for our family for over 10 yrs. They have helped us through the painful time of saying good bye to a beloved pet. They are always supportive and we would go no where else

Amazing tech staff who are always willing to help with a stressed pet, explain a procedure or medication a little more in depth, and to ensure our cat stays on track with their weight loss program and sees the Dr for the important stuff! Thank you so much ??

The fact my dog has a broken leg and is still not taken care of nor has the office called to see how she was doing.. makes me upset.

you cancelled my previous appointment booked months in advance, i had to come after working a 16 hour night shift because you couldn t accomodate me, whatever i go and you put me in a room for 50 minutes before we were seen with a set appointment time. extremely dissatisfied seeing everyone else with the same appointment time left at least 30 minutes before we were seen

Dr. Bossi is highly esteemed and deeply respected by the medical community in the city. He is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in his field in the area. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and greatly appreciate his consistent kindness and openness.

Excellent peoples

I love this Vet. The veterinarian is kind with the dogs. I like that I recieve reminders when my dogs shots are due. The veterinarian staff is kind and very efficient in everything from, appointments, to leading my dog to a room, weigh-ins, and billing. Thank you
