Was not happy with the vet that looked at my dog. She was scared and has been through a lot , he had no concern for her or anything i had to say. Seemed more like he has more concerned with getting to the next person. The bill was outrageous of what he did. Was not happy when i left

I will require a further consult with the new dentist regarding the estimated costs for Archie Gosse s dental care on July 2. I was shocked to see that dental extractions may be required but assume x-rays will confirm this. A diagram of the state of canine teeth and gums to better explain the progression of his dental disease would have helped and been appreciated. I need more precision, please, and clarity. The rest of the physical examination was fine but in the past 20 years with my dogs, the annual exam has included bloodwork but not this time. Thank you, Dr. Douglas Gosse

i showed up for my appointment at the exact time it was booked but i still had to wait 20min to see the nurse and another 20min to see the doctor. There was zero fee explanation, I would pay any price for my companion but talking fees through would be appreciated. there was pee and vomit (or was it shit?) in the waiting room.

Wait time it to long to have the pet wait. Appointment was for 3:00pm but only got in at 3:45pm. exam room had poop on the floor and there was dog saliva all over the counter not cleaned at all. $400.00 bill is over excessive for 2 yearly dog shoots and flea pills and a full price exam when the vet only spent 5minutes in total with us during the hole visit

I paid over $650.00 basically for an appointment with no results on what was wrong with my dog I feel I was really gouged on fees especially considering was first Ed mentioned about first try anti inflammatories first with my dog but then ended up paying 370.00 for a blood test and walked out with nothing actually accomplished

I wasn t overall happy with the visit this time around. It was like we were dismissed and not wanted . Our girl has an issue with not getting her heat and I had requested an ultrasound and we were dismissed on that and sort of pushed away.

Dr Sing was really nice, we had to wait 40 min past our appointment time, we will shop around for a new vet because it s getting too expensive at your clinic

I recently brought my two rotties in to be seen and I want to thank the whole team for making it such a positive experience. My dogs are large nervous dogs and can be intimidating and the whole team made us feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this as it makes all the difference to me and my fur babies.

Dr Bassi and staff are very courteous and I watched as the room was swept out before my appt. My dog was very nervous and may have appeared to be untrained however she is generally well behaved. Everyone was very good with her and patient with her nerves. German Shepherds are big animals and I have accidentally experienced her bite. If she was treated more cautiously I would have understood but I am fairly certain she reacts to how those around her behave and the casual nature of those at the clinic, helped greatly. Thank you.
