WE have been going to Airport Animal Hospital for over 20 years with 5 of our labs and they are nothing short of amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend them all the time. The best Vets ever!!!!!!

I noticed every time I ve been to the office with one of my dogs the prices have went up so twice a year minimum. It would be helpful to be made aware of price changes ahead of appointments. Other than that everyone and everything was great as always

I never get the vet that’s mine, when I ask the clinic they keep saying she’s coming back but then don’t inform me that I’ll be seeing another vet. Every time it’s someone different and no effort or time is put in to make my dog or myself comfortable with a complete stranger who will be touching my dog. I was charged for a vaccine I specified I did not want. Vet charged for a wellness exam but gave me no feedback or indication of my dogs health. Horrible experience, actively looking for a new vet.

Vet was 45 minutes late for our appointment, apparently due to emergencies after long weekend. Also attendant gave us wrong syringe to administer ear drops, had to go back next day to get proper dispensing syringe. Otherwise, staff friendly and helpful.

Our pet was nervous being in the office, and waiting for 45 minutes to be seen only increased her anxiety. A 45 minute wait for a scheduled appointment is not acceptable. It is normally a long wait when we visit. The vet was friendly and good with her and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

I was very satisfied with the service the doctor was the best at explaining the procedure and took Mia right away for an emergency operation the nurses were also very helpful. I rate this animal hospital a 10 perfect service

there was no explanation of what the bill would be...just how much owed. I find the price a little steep. Im pretty sure last year was more in the 250ish range..huge jump

Very, very strong odor of dog both times I have been in there in the last couple of weeks. If something can be done with that, that would be great. Otherwise excellent service and care.

I asked to be called about any procedure done on Josie and instead they did every test and charged me $700+ including giving medicine that was already prescribed and bought!! It was just a urine test to be ordered. I will be looking for a new vet as this is unacceptable!!!!
