I have not had any experience with vets however I felt like the vet did his job and I paid for what I got. My only constructive criticism would be to make it feel less rushed when with the vet.

My appointment was at 8:20 but I wasn t seen by a vet tech for 20 minutes and then it was another 20 minutes before we saw the vet. I can understand if this was the middle of the day and appointments were delayed or backed up but this was first thing in the morning. I arrived at 8:20 and didn t leave until well after 9 and this was just for 3 shots. I suggest that you give the client an estimate of how long they can expect it to be. As an example - for this kind of visit please expect to be in the clinic for 45 minutes. Just a suggestion!

The new veterinarian we seen was absolutely wonderful!!! She took the time to examine our dog & explained some issues we have with her. Our dog was so comfortable with her, it was the first time we bring her for an appointment & she was so relaxed! I hope we can continue to have this dr. in the future!

for some reason I cannot rate with my computer but all 5 questions answers to be excellent. I was glad that your clinic hired another doctor and then was able to take on new clients... it was stressing to arrive to town on a 7 month contract only to find that my kitty had no doctor should he need one.. thank you for hiring the doctor and thank you for seeing my kitty so quickly...

The girls who work the front counter (Courtney and Mary Eve) and the techs (Josee and Kaitlyn?) are the absolute best. They are caring, friendly and take the time to reassure you on the procedures even if you ask a hundred questions. Best of all they love my pet as much as I do. The Vets need to work on their soft skills so it doesn t feel like you are being overcharged for everything.

Your services and staff were excellent. I do not have a computer so am answering this survey on my iPad. The ratings for question 1,2,3 and 5 were 5 stars. The billing was not explained to me but the paperwork handled all that. This was my first visit to this office since I just got my puppy two weeks ago. I intend to continue visiting this Animal Hospital. The veterinary team were very knowledgeable and patient with me.

I was late for my appointment due to winter weather (despite leaving well in advance) and was initially told I would have to reschedule my appointment (I had travelled 1.5hrs from French River). Thankfully, Dr. Sidhu stepped-in to remedy and advised that he would fit my dogs in for their single Lepto shot each. I greatly appreciated the understanding & empathy offered by the good Doctor as a long term client to facilitate my appointment. The staff member who initially told me I d have to reschedule should have offered the same vs. indifference. Beyond such, my appointment was a positive experience as always. Thank you to the Doctor s and Staff at Airport Animal Hospital for the excellent care & service you offer my dogs & I. Wishing you a fabulous Holiday season. Mike Higgins.

From the moment I called until we were assessed and then provided information for the on call vet, I could not be more pleased with the wonderful caring service provided by everyone. Thank you for cancelling the fee as well. Everyone went above and beyond during this terrifying time. I am pleased to say Kaiser is on the mend?????

I was very happy with Airport Animal Hospital. There is no way to suggest an improvement because from start to when I was called the next day to assure that there were no problems with my dog everything went so smooth.

The doc that saw my pup was very abrupt with her and myself. Was not very friendly and I had to pry for rationals as to why he chose the treatment he did. I did not feel very confident in his treatment decision. Wanted to put her on antibiotics but there was zero sign of infection. The tech was lovely and clearly loves her job. Not sure how much the vet likes his chosen career. He seemed to be in a rush, to be honest. The facility seemed fairly clean. The bill was slightly unreal. As I know what some of the drugs cost because of my profession. And the mark up is wild. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind.
