the front staff was very friendly, the vet was not very friendly and didnt explain anything about my pet or what he thought. Didn t have a general good disposition.

Great first visit. When asked for a copy of my bill, I said no as I was used to having it emailed to me after the visit. Is there a way to set that up so that bills are just sent electronically? Otherwise great first visit.

Dr. Melissa s veterinary knowledge and compassion for her clients and the people who love them is a true gift. Our family is blessed to have her looking after our furry members.

Every time I called to try to book an appointment (3x), I was put on hold for more than 3 minutes, and sometimes disconnected.

Only four stars because it was a very busy day, very thankful they were able to see me on short notice. Excellent overall.

I actually find the message (as you wait on hold) to be a trifle annoying. I waited for nearly 30 minutes and don t need to hear your advertising so many times. Once would have been sufficient. Otherwise we re very satisfied.

Hope I’ve answered the survey correctly. I’ve tried to give five stars to your questions after speaking with Earl who was the one that took Maiya in for me as I’m very sick mornings. I also appreciate the email sent to me in regards to the link with the pet payment plan and will be following up on this before Maiya’s dental surgery Nov. 9th. Thank you for the care Maiya received this week. Hope everything goes as well during her surgery. I have late stage cancer and Maiya has helped me out immensely. Just have a little anxiety about that day.

The few times I’ve been there, either by myself or with family, I’ve had to go up to the counter to check in even if I was the only one in the clinic. I’m never sure if I should wait till they say hi or if I should just go up myself. I think it would feel more welcoming if there were more instructions given (take a seat, I’ll be right with you….). Other than that I’m satisfied with the services.

The staff there are always nice aswell as perfeshional.The Doctors are always nice and take the time not only to explain the issue but to answer any questions you may have. I ve never felt like they were trying to rush me out. Great staff,great place to take your pet.

Felt a bit rushed in the appointment but there was an emergency situation to be dealt with. Sometimes phone lines are very busy and it’s tough to get through to make appointments. Overall very satisfied with the care provided to my babies. Very professional and courteous staff.

when we left, they forgot to give us the dog s cone which was included in the bill and then we had to go back in a third time for the medication they also forgot. I live about an hour away, this was not ideal
