This was my first visit to your clinic and I was left feeling pretty dissatisfied. I felt rushed out the exam room and was given some pretty judgemental treatment about my cats weight, when that was the whole reason I was taking her to the vet in the first place. The vet did not listen to me. The second I mentioned that an emergency vet assumed she may have megacolon due to some conspitation two months ago, he was taking about xrays and medication before even examining her behind. If i didn t decline the xrays my bill on a first time visit would have been over 1000$. While appreciate the honesty, in telling me that she wasn t eating the best food, I did not appreciate being told that it was poison. I ended up buying over 200$ in Royal Canin food, without even being told how much to give her, or what a healthy weight to aim for would be. I left the clinic with more questions that I started with. I did not get the impression that the vet wanted to exam my cat. I went to this clinic, as there are none available in Sudbury, but considering how long the trip was for such a dissatisfying outcome, I will try to find a vet elsewhere.

To my wonderful and caring caretakers of my babies mr. Goose and sushi …. U guys are not only friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate but u do what your actually meant to do and that put the pet first and I appreciate that soooooo sooooooo much !!! Thanks again

Always pleasant and professional. Prices for services are always on the high end. I value the cost of running a business and the quality of services and professionalism. It would be difficult for some pet owners to be able to afford good veterinarian care. Thank you for my cat’s resent visit.

Dr. Bassi takes the time to get to know your pet along with you. He knows how you treat your pet and when you go in it is a more personal visit. He is the best vet we have ever had the experience knowing and dealing with and trust him completely. We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.

The counter did not get cleaned from the previous pet in our exam room, I did it myself while waiting for our veterinarian to come in. Once He came in he did not say one word to me, did not ask anything, did not comment, no advice on the breed, not one word! The exam was less than 3 minutes. Also, the receptionist/assistant informed me well of what needed to be done but she looked miserable doing her job. A smile and some interest in your clients would be beneficial. I left there wanting to get a new veterinarian!

Very happy with the visit and the time taken to explain options for car and potential costs involved.

I am impressed with your office staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I specially appreciate being listened to by the vet. Her opinion and suggestions on some different food options and medication for my dog are greatly appreciated. We are pleased to be new clients.

Worst vet experience EVER! Never going back there again. My dog had no incision when she came in that day, and ended up going home with a 10cm long incision!!! Plus, the staff sent home peanut butter flavoured drugs without asking if anyone was allergic to peanut butter - we could have died! And some lady was putting shelves together in the front office. Another lady was just picking up phones and putting them on hold! Unbelievable! Just kidding! See ya Tuesday suckers lol!!! Love from the Oakley Doakley family

Great Vets and Vet staff :) Everything was explained and I felt overall great about the visit for my Dog

The last time Ruger was in your clinic it was during covid, I could not come in, he was supposed to be seen by Dr.Paul because he knows Ruger and the dog is comfortable with him, being as I could not come in. Ruger came out of the clinic freaked out scared to death and muzzled, he was seen by a different vet. I don t know what happened. This last appointment I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED DR PAUL so that Ruger would not have another terrible experience, he has been going to your clinic since he was 6 weeks old and all has been well with Dr Paul that is why I requested him, a different vet came in did not introduce herself to my pitbull who is shaking scared from the last time it was not a good exam, I doubt I will ever get Ruger in your building again. There was a reason I requested a certain vet, I even rescheduled my appointment so that Dr.Paul would be the attending vet so thanks

The cost for pet care are super expensive. The annual wellness examination should 1 third of the cost. Over $90 for a 10 second exam is ridiculous. The vet wasn t very friendly. We had a much better rapport with the tech. She was awesome!

Coming from another vet, I am very pleased with the service at airport. I could tell that the staff all loved my puppy and really showed they cared about her. My questions were all answered with clarity and elaborated upon by the doctor. Overall, such a great visit, and we are looking forward to the next checkup!

Too expensive. I was able to get an appointment for a neuter somewhere else for $400 less.

Not sure how to rate but wanted to gove 5 out of 5 stars because your Staff and Doctors are so friendly and nice. I travel from Sudbury and don t mind it because of the awesome service

Wait time after an appointment time is too long.

Most staff where exceptionally friendly and made me feel comfortable about the procedure my pet was going to have. I said most instead of all because I found the vet (Sindu) to be very cold and like he didn’t actually care. He did help my pet and I am extremely thankful for that. But I didn’t feel like he had very good customer service. He was very cold and heartless almost. He told me my pet may die during surgery with zero empathy. He also didn’t fully explain to me what was going to happen and I felt like it would be annoying to him if I asked. That being said, every single other staff there has been so wonderful. I get 3 calls a day with updates on how my pet is doing! I will continue to go back to this office but I do prefer Dr.Bossi.

A flea got on my chihuahua from another dog here, it would be nice if the flea-infested dogs didn t sit in the main room with all the other dogs.
