We asked to clip her nails as we were having difficulty with her squirming & one of her nails got cut a little too short one time, so we thought it would be best to get it done at the vet. Unfortunately,she got another nail cut evenshorert at the office & no one told us. We saw the bleeding when she got home...took a while to stop it, asp as we had nothing at home to stop it

the only problem that I would like to mention is trying to make an appointment by phone. When calling the line is so so busy most of the time where I need to call back numerous time...

I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to accommodate me with my new companion. The Dr was fantastic and my little one took to him quite well. Thank you

I know it was busy but I felt a bit rushed. A few things mentioned during the appointment were either forgotten, not followed up on, or explained to me. It would also have been nice to be able to pay before my animal was returned to me, instead of after. There was not enough seating/space for all patients.

Thank you for taking us as a new patient. We moved from southern Ontario. If you can change my dogs date of birth to May 10, 2020. You have the wrong date for her. Thank you

I would not take my family dog to anyone else I think Dr Sidhu is amazing. He always takes the time to speak with me when I have health issues with my dog Charlie. Keep up the great work Dr Sedhu, your dedication to your clients and their pets is greatly appreciated!! Thank you for everything you do to help keep my dog Charlie healthy.

every thing keeps going up except our pension it would be nice to hear if there is something available to assist us in paying the bill zoie is doing a bit better in cace you were wondering it would be nice to see an opening left for wellness of your dogs under your care if they need that extra once again thank you very much

We are so thankful we found Dr Boyle, she is so passionate and caring for the animals and will go above and beyond to make sure all their needs are met.

Staff is always very pleasent there and always take the time to explain everything to you .everyone is always so nice.

Should have a payment plan for larger more expensive surgeries/procedures.

This was our first visit to the office and I was very pleased with all parts of the visit.

Still have not even heard back from doctor. We had tests done on our dog Nitrous as he’s been having tiny “accidents” of pee. He can’t control it and it’s just little bits that come out while he’s laying down. We’ve left messages to call us back and it’s been days now since the 13th, it’s now the 19th and still no call. We call and get a voicemail telling us to leave message but still nothing.

I don’t come from North Bay so when you reschedule people you should really call Leave a message or even send an email stating that it has been rescheduled instead of waiting until we get there to be rescheduled. But apart from that awesome job everyone

Arborite countertops are very slippery and not a great choice when putting a 50 lb plus dog on them. As I indicated in past surveys a non slip surface would be a better option.

Everyone was very informative and helpful. They explained things and didn’t rush the process. They always do an amazing job and even called the next day to check in on our puppy to make sure he’s surgery went good . They are amazing

It s ok friendly and nice..

Great service overall. An improvement would be more people answering the phones.

Possibly have a waiting area that is separate for pets who are extra stressed out. Everyone was great, and the service and care top notch, but my dogs were very nervous in the waiting area around other dogs, who were also not at their best… that was quite a stressful time for me and the dogs!

Everything was great, I have no idea how to answer the questions I can t find any instructions. So I will just leave a comment
