Vet was cold. Didn’t spend time explaining to us. Only to vet tech. Didn’t like his demeanour

So glad to hear there was somewhere we could take our injured dog after 6:00 pm. Nice Dr. And so very kind. Thanks so much for the sedative for Sugar, we could have used one as well??. Gentle loving care, clean and quiet, seen very quickly. Although cost is expensive for us seniors, it would have been much more down south. The dedication to animal care and clients concern was very obvious. Good loving care given here!

It was my first time meeting Dr. Melissa and she was excellent appreciated the education and time she took with us. Support staff was efficient and kind. Best visit yet!

I have an IPad and hope my ratings went through . Dr Bosse was very kind as always; he has always been amazing to my husband and I and our companions. We have been loyal customers to Airport Animal clinic. We have gotten our pets groomed there by the wonderful Melissa that has since moved on. We have had a few pets cross ver and have had nothing but total respect and kindness from the staff. I’m very grateful to Dr Bosse and the staff…they deserve more than 5 ?? ?? ??????

We had our first visit and it was awesome! The staff was so considerate and friendly! They accommodated my strange request to have help bringing my pups in to the clinic and I’m grateful!. Dr.Bassi was so great! His pleasant disposition made me and the fur kids at ease immediately and he was so helpful! It was a great and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to all for the for the outstanding experience!

My biggest complaint with the clinic is the phone service - or lack thereof. Once I got through, it was easy to book an appointment, but it takes FOREVER to get through. I take my three dogs and my cats there, so I call often. I either get the answering machine, or I get put on hold. The last time I called, I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up.

Wonderful service as always! Dr Boyle really took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. The team went out of their way to find me a trial bottle of proflex. I will end up purchasing more of this product because I was able to trial it. They booked our pup in quickly for dental work. I drive to you from sturgeon because the service and care I get at Airport animal clinic is second to none. Thank you!

One thing that you can provide for myself and other seniors is a discount on you services and products on perhaps certain dates of the month. We are on a fixed income. Thank you. Randy

I received NO notice that your prices would ridiculously increase. I understand that prices may go up d/t inflation but this is ridiculous!!! This is a Corporate Company who don’t care about pets well being except for making money. This office should of NEVER went Corporate (aka: Corrupt).I will be finding a new veterinarian. Very very disappointed!!!

Best place to bring my fur baby ??

Too many people waiting around in the waiting area. Felt very uncomfortable being so close to people as I am immunocomprimized and have to be very careful about getting Covid. Maybe should have people still wait in their vehicles and call them when it s time for them to come in.

The machine for the bloodwork was not working on Friday when we were there. So we were told you would contact us on Monday or Tuesday at the latest to let us know if we should start the medication for Griffin. Here we are Wednesday and we still haven’t heard from you. I suppose I will call to make sure everything is ok with Griffin.
