Great place, wonderful staff

I prefer to be in the room with my dog when I come to the vet with him. It makes it easier for the Veterinarian to explain what he is doing and giving your animal at that time.

Very nice and friendly! Even though they had to carry in nine big puppies! Another satisfied visit as always!

We moved to North Bay last year and this was only our 2nd appointment with our 3 dogs. With co-vid protocols last year, we were only able to drop our pets off in the parking lot so that was difficult. This year, it was great to meet some of the staff members and come inside the clinic. We thought the layout was great and were very pleased with the friendly nature of the staff. We would especially like to thank Dr. Boyle for being so professional and compassionate when she helped us say goodbye to our 14 year old husky. The downstairs space in which we could be with our dog and also bring our other two dogs, made the difficult process a lot easier. Another thing we really appreciated this year was the itemized invoice we received which very clearly explained the services each pet received. Thank you.

We had another pet that needed stitches removed. He was booked the day before the pet that I was bringing in for his yearly exam. We asked if we could bring them in together as we live out of town. That request was refused. It definitely would have simplified our lives had we been able to bring them in together instead of having to make an extra trip the following day.

Be more specific for exams when a pet hasn’t been seen in a few years. I wasn’t told that I was going to be charged for an assessment.

Our pet is not receptive to being held so treating with medication is very difficult. There were no helpful hints to aid us in treating. The staff didn t administer the first dose. There could have been other options rather than the one we were given. We understand with Covid the need to reduce contact with pet owners. But our pets are our family. We trust you to take your best care of them and our input is a valuable piece of that. It is time to allow the families back into the clinic. Thank you.

I love this place but this last visit was a not the greatest due to covid but I don t understand why I could not go into the exam room with my dog as I was permitted to enter the facility. She gets really anxious when I am out of her sight and I could hear her. There was no discussion with the vet following the visit and no discussion in regards to the billing. I did not witness the shots and as such when my dog developed a serious reaction that night I did not know exactly what to do as I never talked to the vet.

Looking forward to be able to enter the building masked with Max. He always shakes when I have to pass him over.

As always the level of service from airport animal hospital could not have been better. Even with the pandemic the staff make sure to go the extra mile and are always friendly.

I really like the way everything is being handled with the Covid 19 shutdown. Pull in, call in and someone come out for your pet and if anything is of concern, then the Doctor comes out to discuss it, if not, you pay,

I spent 214$ dollars and I have no idea on what No explanation, no discussion with the doctor, no advice. Brand new client and brand new puppy I was looking for advice I don’t even know when she’s due for anything
