I made contact a few months back regarding the import of my pet and was told to book an appointment 10 days before the date and given the impression it was an easy process. I would have appreciated getting the proper advice then, as I now have to completely plan anew a move to France because nobody had time to fill the said paperwork on the day of my appointment.

Airport Animal Hospital is the best hospital around! I love the doctor’s, treatment of myself and Lilybeth and the friendly staff. Best of all I never have to wait if there is an emergency. Thank You!

It would be helpful for the vet to provide a follow up call to explain the procedures that occurred, the diagnosis, amd prognosis. I can appreciate that it s difficult to provide vet services right now, bit that information would be helpful. All in all though, I want to commend the staff on an overall great experience!!

I specifically ask for Dr. Bossy. . When I called and made appointment I was told and reassured I would be seeing Dr bossy. I didn t have Dr. Bossy . I would of been nice to get a phone call to advise me that it wasn t possible to have Dr. Bossy. Nobody said a word, no explanations, no apologies.

Totally find it awesome that staff are so caring, compassionate and knowledgeable

All Covid protocols were followed as far as I know. One suggestion would be to video connect over our phone and let’s us observe the examination and vaccination of our Our pet. It would reduce the stress of not accompanying him and ensure us that all Covid protocols were used to protect our pet and us. This done at other locations. Thanks

We ve been happy in past with Airport clinics staff. They are professionals and were loving and gentle with our Teddy. Thank you for caring so much. Now that Noah is in our life we are positive that the staff and doctors will be gentle and kind to Noah.

I feel like I’ve been charged to much for an appointment that lasted less than 10 mins. Would be nice for the vets to be more cost efficient

Let customers know the added fees on the bill. I did not opt for my dog to have her vaccines, and yet they were given and I was charged for them.

Did not get invoice to show costs. Up 100.over last visit Did not tell us about his present health. Only about available testing. Only told us he gained weight

We travelled from Sudbury to this hospital before with our other 2 cats. We trust this place very nice people even called me after the surgery to let me know our baby was fine and in good shape. Thank you for everything

I did not get a bill when they brought out the debit machine, nor did she tell me my dog had an ear infection. I questioned my total and requested the bill. When she brought out my bill, she brought the ear drops with her. This would not have happened if we were able to come in and pay while following COVID protocols...one at a time even.

Our first appointment with your services was awesome and we were SO impressed with Dr. Melissa s call backs regarding our pet tests results. We are thrilled to find a vet that is keenly interested in our pet s rare health issues and who respects our involvement as part of our pet s :health team . Office staff, with whom we have spoken to about billing and appointments were excellent as well.

Every time I call to reply to the staff or make an appointment I am informed “Airport Animal Hospital, please hold” and I usually wait around 22 minutes to speak to anyone. I sometimes call from another phone to see if I’ve been forgotten! When I have an appointment, the front staff take time answering my call from the parking lot and often watch me knocking on the door and carry on their conversation when I am in full view at the door in -22 degree weather. When I am seen by Dr Siddhu, I have wonderful service. He is a lovely, caring vet and my cats are very well cared for but the front line staff needs a lot of improvement!
